Not many places to sit if your wanting to stay in with your drink. Staff is amazing

Recently visited and casually asked if they sold ground espresso because I had run out at home and forgot to pick some up on my last grocery run. The barista said that, unfortunately they did not, but then immediately offered to let her manager know to start ordering it in the future. Appreciate the excellent customer service!

Wanted to get a coffee at 2:26 p.m. and it was already closed. I was told it closes at 2 p.m. Opening hours here are incorrect
First of all: they close at 2 pm not 6 pm as stated.
I came 10 Minutes to 2 to get a fast chai latte. One of the employees told me they were closed. They were NOT. Another customer told me to just go in. The other girl rolled her eyes visibly towards me along with many other unpleasent gestures while walking to the kitchen. I asked the other girl what her Problem was, and I told her that her collegue could have said to me in a normal mannor that they would close at 2pm and needed some time to clean up, no Problem at all, i wouldn't have entered. The other employeee took my order and told me that they're understaffed. But being understaffed is no reason to be so nasty and rude to customers. I payed, gave tip (stupid i) and the other girl came back out of the Kitchen. I told her that it's better to talk with customers in a normal way and that i was shocked by her behaviour. She just laughed, grinned into my face, rolled her eyes again and made again the unpleasant gestures. No normal human communication at all. It's really disturbing to get treatet that way, no sorry from her side nothing. Other Customers were also shaken by the attitude and complained about this nastyness. Absolutely avoid this place at any cost. Not acceptable behaviour. Sorry.

I stopped in for a quick coffee break, the staff were great, Jazmin, Devon and Brandon were super helpful with recommendations for what to order and where to go sight seeing. Will make sure to stop in again soon!

There are only a few nice baristas at this location. Several have terrible attitudes - I wouldn’t recommend this location, unfortunately.

I stayed over the weekend. Had a really rough night and desperately needed coffee. Jazmin and Devon were so amazing and helped me out.
I will not be ordering drinks from this Starbucks location again. On 9/23, I ordered a Java Chip Frappuccino with a shot of espresso, but it didn’t taste good. I asked for a refund of $10.81. Instead of issuing the refund, they remade my drink, which took another five minutes. I had to explain again that I wanted a refund, and the manager told me it would take 20 minutes. After five days with no refund, I returned on Friday, 9/27. The supervisor, Lisa, took my card information again and texted me later that day, saying they had refunded $7.83 for a latte instead of the $10.81 I paid for the Frappuccino. I always order the same drink, so I sent her a screenshot of the charge from my account, showing $10.81. She told me that accounting was out for the weekend but would provide an update by Monday, 9/30. When Monday came, she only texted me to say accounting was working on it. After five more days, I followed up again on Friday, 10/4. Lisa said she had just returned from her days off and had sent an email to accounting that morning (10/4). Once again, she told me they would be unavailable over the weekend. It has now been two weeks, and I’m very disappointed with the slow and careless way my situation has been handled. Once I finally receive my refund, I will not spend any more time or money at this location. Additionally, I would rate Lisa’s customer service as poor.

Went here twice. Both times, I ordered a tea and oatmeal. Very simple, no need to make anything. On day 1, they forgot about my oatmeal and I sat around a busy shop for 20 min before I realized that it wasn’t just a long waiting time. They were nice and apologetic, and I wasn’t in a hurry, so I didn’t feel frustrated yesterday. Today, it was not busy, and they forgot to give me all of the components for my oatmeal. If you’re in a hurry, I’d recommend a different Starbucks. If you do come here, double check your order before leaving.

In the Metro State University Student Union bldg. The place has a lot of energy, high traffic with lots of people buzzing around yet, enough nooks and crannies to find a spot to get some work done

We are Starbuck addicts and we travel a lot. This particular location was quite dirty... almost to the point of disgusting. The tables were dirty and sticky and napkins/straw wrappers/etc on the floor in several places, and garbage was overflowing. Wouldn't take much to clean it up, especially when it wasn't busy and one of the workers was literally standing there behind the counter doing nothing.
