I am usually not one to write reviews im just my husband’s plus one on business trips but this is the second time i have stayed at this hotel and visited this starbucks. Fridays morning service was awful. Long lines and attitudes from the cashier. Same thing this morning long lines and bearly any staff for the volume of guests. Baristas looked stressed. Im glad i came back in the afternoon because i saw a friendly familiar face! Sarah served me back in 2024. I couldn’t believe she remembered me. Her attitude is bright and service is still phenomenal! Sarah if you are ever in need of a job you know where to find me. Your work ethic and attitude is something im always looking for.

I work nearby and have been a frequent visitor to this establishment. Fairly quick and I’ve never had to correct an order! Kind of shocked on the prior reviews about the service though because I have never once had friendly service - nothing overtly bad, just not warm and friendly. This location is ok, but there are lots of local places nearby I would recommend more!

Tried to order my regular online order in person, since no order ahead possible here. Apparently it was to much work to type in the substitutions/ not possible and charged me for a specialty drink which was 1,5$ more than my regular order

Recently visited and casually asked if they sold ground espresso because I had run out at home and forgot to pick some up on my last grocery run. The barista said that, unfortunately they did not, but then immediately offered to let her manager know to start ordering it in the future. Appreciate the excellent customer service!

Wanted to get a coffee at 2:26 p.m. and it was already closed. I was told it closes at 2 p.m. Opening hours here are incorrect

First of all: they close at 2 pm not 6 pm as stated. I came 10 Minutes to 2 to get a fast chai latte. One of the employees told me they were closed. They were NOT. Another customer told me to just go in. The other girl rolled her eyes visibly towards me along with many other unpleasent gestures while walking to the kitchen. I asked the other girl what her Problem was, and I told her that her collegue could have said to me in a normal mannor that they would close at 2pm and needed some time to clean up, no Problem at all, i wouldn't have entered. The other employeee took my order and told me that they're understaffed. But being understaffed is no reason to be so nasty and rude to customers. I payed, gave tip (stupid i) and the other girl came back out of the Kitchen. I told her that it's better to talk with customers in a normal way and that i was shocked by her behaviour. She just laughed, grinned into my face, rolled her eyes again and made again the unpleasant gestures. No normal human communication at all. It's really disturbing to get treatet that way, no sorry from her side nothing. Other Customers were also shaken by the attitude and complained about this nastyness. Absolutely avoid this place at any cost. Not acceptable behaviour. Sorry.

I stopped in for a quick coffee break, the staff were great, Jazmin, Devon and Brandon were super helpful with recommendations for what to order and where to go sight seeing. Will make sure to stop in again soon!

There are only a few nice baristas at this location. Several have terrible attitudes - I wouldn’t recommend this location, unfortunately.
