I will no longer be going to this location. The last 3 times I have ordered a frozen drink they have filled the bottom of the cup almost half way with whipped cream. I just paid $8 for half a grande Frappuccino.

My Pike Place wasn't ready with two other drinks after about 10-15 minutes drive there. So I had to wait. When I asked if the sugars were in it the gentleman said sugars? Then he said the sugars are over there. When I asked if they don't make the coffees on order all of a sudden I started getting attitude. Then when I asked about the sugars if they don't put the sugars in there she said the sugars are in my drink. After I had put 12 more sugars in my drink. I am deaf in one ear and I don't have very good hearing in my other one. But I definitely heard the attitude and the guy who was talking to me let me put extra sugar in my drink if I misheard him. I'm all about customer service I wanted to customer service my whole life just about. I just can't stand being treated like that in a place that supposedly Prides itself on customer service. I don't go back to those places that don't really care and are there to collect money which I think they're getting paid more now right?

I asked them for an “extra shot” and they gave me “extra hot iced” really ? Also, the lady that takes orders in the morning at the drive thru sounds rude!
Been to tons of starbucks locations for years. Today at this location I just tried to grab some hot water for my teacup and they said I had to buy something…. I guess with so many locations there has to be a bad manager at one of them.

If you're not a coffee connoisseur or don't really know what to get, don't go to Starbucks. Or least this one. Asking simplistic questions get condescending answers. I am dumb when I comes to coffee so maybe I deserve it

Standard standalone Starbucks with the usual drinks and food. The coffee is good; food options could be better.
Service is very good, but the waiting time in the drive through line can be long if there are more than one or two cars ahead of you and they have a big order.
There's no problem with parking if you're going in.

I usually go here and have a nice experience, but today I had a bad day at work and was crying and my barista was over the top incredibly kind. I didn’t get their name (crying lol) but they know who they are and they really made my day so much better. Thank you!
