I will no longer be going to this location. The last 3 times I have ordered a frozen drink they have filled the bottom of the cup almost half way with whipped cream. I just paid $8 for half a grande Frappuccino.
My Pike Place wasn't ready with two other drinks after about 10-15 minutes drive there. So I had to wait. When I asked if the sugars were in it the gentleman said sugars? Then he said the sugars are over there. When I asked if they don't make the coffees on order all of a sudden I started getting attitude. Then when I asked about the sugars if they don't put the sugars in there she said the sugars are in my drink. After I had put 12 more sugars in my drink. I am deaf in one ear and I don't have very good hearing in my other one. But I definitely heard the attitude and the guy who was talking to me let me put extra sugar in my drink if I misheard him. I'm all about customer service I wanted to customer service my whole life just about. I just can't stand being treated like that in a place that supposedly Prides itself on customer service. I don't go back to those places that don't really care and are there to collect money which I think they're getting paid more now right?

Standard standalone Starbucks with the usual drinks and food. The coffee is good; food options could be better.
Service is very good, but the waiting time in the drive through line can be long if there are more than one or two cars ahead of you and they have a big order.
There's no problem with parking if you're going in.
