Been to tons of starbucks locations for years. Today at this location I just tried to grab some hot water for my teacup and they said I had to buy something…. I guess with so many locations there has to be a bad manager at one of them.

If you're not a coffee connoisseur or don't really know what to get, don't go to Starbucks. Or least this one. Asking simplistic questions get condescending answers. I am dumb when I comes to coffee so maybe I deserve it

Standard standalone Starbucks with the usual drinks and food. The coffee is good; food options could be better.
Service is very good, but the waiting time in the drive through line can be long if there are more than one or two cars ahead of you and they have a big order.
There's no problem with parking if you're going in.

I usually go here and have a nice experience, but today I had a bad day at work and was crying and my barista was over the top incredibly kind. I didn’t get their name (crying lol) but they know who they are and they really made my day so much better. Thank you!

Bad customer service! I shouldn’t have my morning ruined by a Starbucks employee. I tried to contact the manager and got hung up on when I tried to express my concern.
Welcoming staff. I give 4 stars for the service and 5 stars for the staff. But, honestly, about 10$ for an americano grande and a chocolate croissant is too much. Nothing against this place, but I guess I am going to go even less to Starbucks.

Arrived 30min before close. The service was meh. Ordered a danish and a tall hot white mocha, no whip, no foam, add shot. The danish was great, but the drink definitely lacked 3 pumps of white mocha. It basically tasted like a plain latte-rip
