Baistas and management including district management, are extremely unprofessional. Very disappointing for Starbucks. I go to the Starbucks inside the King Soopers instead, they are great!

If you're in the University Hills area you might as well skip this location and either get the Starbucks that is in the Target in University Hills or the one located in the King
I’m not a fan of Starbucks corporate. That being said, I still come here because the baristas at this store (unionized!!) are consistently the nicest people ever! Today I got a kind message on my cup when I told the barista about a milestone in my life, and it set my day on the right foot.

Charlie is the the rudest staff you have! And very racist!!! I have came in with my mother and children to come get Starbucks on a Monday evening at 5:00pm. And as soon as we walked in he told us to leave because they were closing early! But yet there was people inside? Very unprofessional!!!

This is worse latte I have. Cold, bitter, and not the pistachio taste at all. No worthy for the price paid.I'm not sure If they don't know it how to make, or what happens but today my coffee is horrible. Not happy.
