This is worse latte I have. Cold, bitter, and not the pistachio taste at all. No worthy for the price paid.I'm not sure If they don't know it how to make, or what happens but today my coffee is horrible. Not happy.

I've been coming to this location for more than 10 years, but I was absolutely shocked at how rude the barista was to me today. I've never been treated so poorly and left feeling so worthless as a customer. She could not have been a bigger b**** to me. I was so shocked I just stood there and took it, but now I'm really upset. She ruined my day and I won't be back.

Rude and abusive barista. Over the top. My friend took a couple of selfies in front of the menu while we waited for our second round. One of the baristas decided to turn it into a major battle. He started by telling my friend loudly and aggressively, "You don't have my permission to take my picture." My friend was standing in classic selfie mode. There wasn't a bit of doubt he was trying to get a photo of himself, not the barista. My friend told the barista he wasn't taking pictures of the barista, offered to show the photos, and offered to delete any that accidentally contained the barista. Barista wasn't having it. He refused to look. He kept demanding my friend put the camera away, right now, and not take any more pictures inside the store. My friend found one photo that did contain the barista--kind of--and deleted it on the spot. Didn't help. The barista kept ranting. The whole point seems to have been to humiliate my friend in front of the other customers in the store. Why the hissy fit? It's not illegal to take pictures of someone in a public space. I'm astounded that any employee anywhere would abuse a customer for something as ordinary as taking pictures. This is a location where I meet friends every week. Now I'm torn about going back. This does not feel like a safe space anymore.

I go to this Starbucks every morning. I enjoy the service, always friendly, and kind staff. My favorite and usual, a Pink Drink is always perfect, and when I do go for a quick lunch, their, "Sourdough Grilled Cheese" is an amazing choice. Overall an amazing experience everytime.
