Service is cheerful and efficient. I was made to feel welcome. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. There is no drive-through at this location. There is unsecured Wi-Fi available for customers.

I will never ever go to that store again!! I ordered a special drink got it all wrong for the start not only that it was filled to the rim which I'm not typically complaining about that I'm complaining about that it was so dang hot that I could barely put my hands around it. If I were to take a drink out of it I would have burned my mouth completely!! Then when I told them about it She said oh let me just give you some milk, how would I be able to put milk in it if it was filled to the rim..smh don't go there unless you want your face burned off and deal with dumbass service. Hire someone with common sense thanks!!!
Tark and Patrick were amazing! Very nice gentlemen and very helpful. Mina and Megan are lucky to have those guys on their team. They practice good customer service. They’re both very friendly and they treated my fur babies like humans which was very much appreciated.

This used to be genuinely my favorite coffee shop in the area. The natural light, open space, the vibe was just great. They closed for a refit and just reopened. I just went since they reopened and it's awful. It feels like a fast food delivery space now, somehow cramped and designed like they just want you out the door as fast as possible. There are less than half the tables and they're so squashed in together there's no sense of privacy or space. I used to spend hours at a time there as a wonderful workspace, today I had to squeeze my way to one of the few tables, and then found there was no longer power sockets available, and ultimately I just walked straight out again. I doubt I'll ever go back again now. You had a great thing and didn't realize it, and now it's gone. Sad for the staff who have always been great and built a great community atmosphere there now having to contend with that. I'm genuinely gutted.
