Lindsey & Jessica are awfully rude. Yelled “we don’t care” when asked to remake my drink. I asked for a shaken expresso, this is how the assistant district manager makes shaken expresso and she is always at different locations making this drink completely wrong. As an assistant district manager to not only tell a customer you don’t care but then proceed to be condescending when asking what I want you to do different is very disappointing. What’s more concerning is that you are teaching the baristas to make drinks incorrectly and to speak rudely to customers.
The car picture is how it is generally made: nicely layered… but whenever the assistant district manager makes them it’s sloppy like the first picture.

There is outdoor seating.
Do not try to use cash at this location. I had a $100 bill and they wouldn’t take it. The cashier said to me, “I don’t THINK I can break that.“ But never actually opened any register to find out if he could or not. When I asked to speak to a manager, the manager told me that for some reason he could not find three $20 bills anywhere in his whole store. He repeated the words, “I don’t think we can break that,” but never actually opened a single register to find out if he could or not. He then offered me $90 in change in 5s and 1s… right. No thanks. He made me to pay for my drink on my credit card, (which I really did not want to do) and suggested that I go to the bank. This is a very busy location, right off of the highway. I’m almost positive that Someone could have broken that bill for me, but the sheer laziness and lack of customer service was beyond my comprehension. They didn’t even TRY. Not real happy about it. It’s MONEY…. U.S. LEGAL TENDER…. If you can’t break it, maybe YOU should go to the bank.

I asked for water and was charged for it, told that the policy has changed 3 months ago .. upon checking Starbucks still offers free water! Never going to that store again!

To the 60 year old loser still working at Starbucks, if you want more money learn a skill that pays more. Don’t treat customers poorly because they didn’t bribe you with a dollar to be a decent person. The fact that you act that way over a single dollar while still working at Starbucks tells me everything I need to know about you as a person. This location is right on my route to work, but I would rather go out of my way than to deal with the petulant children that work here. Friendly reminder that tips are not owed. Tips are a THANK YOU for exceptional service. If you aren’t going above and beyond what your regular job calls for then you aren’t owed a tip and to treat people poorly for not tipping makes you a bad and entitled person. Denver minimum wage is over $18/hour. If you want to make more learn better skills that get paid more money.

Stephanie assisted me & she was professional, polite & she was fast!
I was impressed with Matt today for remembering my drink, specifically to add cinnamon sprinkles; I seldomly do add. Caspian, Jo and others see me frequently and always know my drink. However, Matt only took my order once or twice long ago.
Stopped in with my young daughter for her to use the bathroom, and the barista was pretty rude in advising that a purchase was required for the bathroom code. With the amount of Starbucks consumed and a frequent app user, I will avoid this location going forward. Parking is ridiculous too.
The friendly staff here are good people and skilled baristas/cashiers. Courteous and competent.
Been to the store several times and normally not an issue-
Tonight, they had event and closed lobby and I did mobile order that was to be picked up. They only allowed drive through instead of turning off mobile ordering and caused me to be late for my event as I was several cars back. Please management - if closing lobby, TURN off mobile ordering so this doesn’t happen. I would have gone to another one closer to my destination. Caused stress and frustration and from the time I ordered to pickup was 13 minutes. . Normally staff has been kind- felt not valued tonight and the inside event much more important. Cheers-
