I was impressed with Matt today for remembering my drink, specifically to add cinnamon sprinkles; I seldomly do add. Caspian, Jo and others see me frequently and always know my drink. However, Matt only took my order once or twice long ago.
Instead of the usual review of food and atmosphere, let me instead review the management team and staff as excellent, and ready to go above and beyond. While I was there they had a couple of difficult incidents they had to deal with and they did so with professionalism, while also taking care of their customers. Well done!
I am a regular here through the drive through in the mornings. I usually only order two things with regularity.
A few weeks back I noticed that my order was wrong after making it a good distance away.
I didn't call, in fact I drank the drink anyway, noted it mentally, and went about my life.
A few days later, the staff at the window informed me that that day's drink was on the house as an apology for the mix up from other day!
Incredible...
