Ordered on the mobile app 8 mins ago.. I walk in to find 4 baristas behind the bar just standing there. Ask for my drink and they haven’t even started it. What??

The staff here are amazing - I left a personal belonging and they held it for me and remembered me and were so kind when I came back to get it - it was a rare instance of kindness!

The employees are very professional, courteous, and happy to interact with customers, especially Alex and Carson! This is always a fast service and they usually have a full case of pastries and other foods. Smaller inventory of specialty cups and stuff, but it's understandable since this location is downtown in an office building.

If you like flies with your pastries, this is the place to go!!I inquired about pastries and let the employee know it was a fly in the bakery case, he answered with a reply of normalcy of flies always being in the bakery case. I decided not to eat the food, since it was normal for them to be there--on the daily!!!If you like flies with your food, this is one location you might need to take off the list!I'm grateful there are multiple locations, maybe I'll find a fly free location soon!!!

Coffee and food were out lickity split.
Came in at 5 on 12.07.23 bought two drinks and was refused to use the restroom. “Closed for the evening” which is code for we’ve cleaned the bathroom and we don’t want to do it again.

The baristas here are great but the store is always severely understaffed. One lady Cline is very unpleasant and seems to bring down the vibes. I’ve tried to complain to a manager but can never seem to locate one.
