We've been on a long road trip and been to nearly a dozen Starbucks so far. This one, by far, has made the best drinks. The staff was awesome, friendly, and extremely quick. One of the staff even made a new drink when we were there, a chai tea with a pump of mocha. Definitely worth asking for.

went to this Starbucks today and felt both employees weee very rude the guy who made my drink made it all the way wrong when I asked for him to fix it he purposely poured the Carmel instead if remixing the drink I was so frustrated I could not even get my money back I walked out put one star but did not want to put one at all

Ordered a Decaf coffee and got a standard drip coffee. I was drinking it while shopping and realized it was caffeinated. When I talked to the woman who took my order it's like she didn't know what decaf meant. She's like "I can add a decaf shot." No I just want a coffee without caffeine please. A terrible mistake. I had gone four months without caffeine and now I'm afraid to order decaf again. Thank God her coworker understood that I wanted a coffee without caffeine in it. Got a decaf americano to replace it but dang I really didn't want to drink caffeine today now I'm super stressed out!

If I could I would rate it 0 stars. The manager left a untrained employee on the floor for over thirty minutes, while they left my drink half made on the counter. As someone who has worked at starbucks, I offered to direct her in how to finish the drink (it just needed ice and a lid). When the manager returned after me sitting there for 34 minutes, I received my drink, and expressed my concerns with the manager, he blew me off, was rude and apprehensive, then had the audacity to offer me a job. This whole experience was stressful and overall awful, and I don’t recommend anyone who wants starbucks to go to this location, unless you want to waste your time, and be directed by someone who has no concern for his customers. <3

Two out of the last three times I did a mobile order, they have been unexpectedly closed. No warning, didn't shut off online orders. Just a sign that says "Staffing shortage, sorry" after you show up and they already took your money. Then they leave it up to the customer to fight with Starbucks corporate to get a refund (each time it took 20-30 minutes of phones calls/chatting). I am done with this place. Worst Starbucks ever!

Hours show they close at 7pm. I tried to order at 6:15 pm. The person working there told me they were closed. This isn’t the first time this happened. Please either fix the hours or accept orders until actual closing time.

Not sure this is the the correct spelling but Janae (working at 8:30am 7/06) has really fantastic customer service! She was incredibly helpful and pleasant, which can be so difficult to find these days as people work such exhausting jobs like Starbucks. Thank you, Janae!

Used a food stamp card and got charged cash for almond milk. I don't usually buy coffee with my card but I had an interview and needed something on the go. People who are receiving food stamps get charged extra for a milk allergy? Lady was super rude. Thanks for charging a person with an allergy extra Karissa.
