I'm in this location numerous times every day delivering for door dash.. they do not care about the customer or the dasher. Today I stood there for 7+ minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me and help but instead they just ignored me. When someone finally did pay attention to someone that had just walked in I asked what about the rest of us waiting... maybe if we had a tie on they'd pay attention to us. I get that they lose the tip on a dd order but the customer is still the bottom line. Y'all make an hourly wage, we don't. So while your making is stand there we aren't getting paid..Next issue is the way they package these orders for delivery.. every single item even if it's only 1 drink has to go on a bag according to the pregnant girl in this location. So when you receive your door dash order and the condition of your items is less than prefect, don't think that your dasher was careless... they literally set us up for failure then laugh in my face when I express this to them... maybe I am just too empathetic for this job...BTW the older ladies that work here, IDK if one is a manager or not but can you just stop barking orders like a dang drill Sargent???

I thought I would give them another try but in a cappuccino, can't stand their coffee cuz it always tastes burnt but their cappuccino is just as bad it tastes burnt also. Why would you want to drink burnt coffee. Went inside and it was so dark and

Well I came today because this Starbucks compliments the Home Depot and Renegade Burrito parking lot. This particular Starbucks is also a RESERVE location to sell the good stuff from other countries. It's very clean, organized and comfortable. I remembered I had a happy birthday free drink so I stopped in to redeem that. I ordered a white chocolate Frappuccino which is a frozen blended type of drink with coffee, ice and milk. Whipped cream and cookie crumbles were offered. The barista said my birthday coupon is only good for the day of my birthday and already expired. I agreed that I didn't come on that day. Luckily, I had enough stars from previous visits already built up to get a freebie but it's the principle that I didn't use it and it should be valid for the month. It's ok, she was nice and professional to explain it, my drink still came out to taste delicious on a hot summer day going into Home Depot. I'll return to this location all the time.

Horrid service. At an average of 8$ a drink I would like decent service. We used the drive though. Jasmyn was laughing with her coworkers over the intercom and couldn't hear our order. We finally gave up and drove up to the window. She walked away and didn't return for a while. We asked to speak to the manager. When he came to the window he explained that they were having fun inside so couldn't hear our order. Not there for the customer for certain.

Great customer service, I don't mind the wait on the drive trough but the fact that they used to blame the "light ice" the reason why our drinks where not completely full and now that there's a *FEE* (which is reasonable) they still not completely feeling them up any not giving what we paid for. Specially with machas they give me just foam. Train the baristas to measure accordingly to your advertising images.
