Be prepared to wait 15 to 45 minutes for your online order to be filled. You can tell the whole team working there is maxxed out, seems like SBUX needs to adjust their app's ability to estimate order fulfillment. There's only so fast the equipment can pump out orders even at max efficiency!

Very poor experience. Made my order and 4 people behind me in line received their drinks first. She kept picking up my cup and putting it down to help the larger orders. I understand wanting to get rid of crowd, but on top of this, she was the ONLY EMPLOYEE working, while the other 5 stood around cracking jokes with eachother. Poor customer service. I feel bad for the singular girl making all the drinks.

They lost my order and I’m not surprised- it was incredibly disorganized, which isn’t good considering how busy they are. They were out of the potato’s, so after waiting for 25 min, then finding out they lost it, still had to go elsewhere for food.
I get this is at the airport, but waiting in line for 45+ minutes to order was ridiculous. The people were nice, but the service wasn’t. I seen wrong drinks handed out and or made wrong /:

Ordered a tea latte but was given just hot tea. Politely let the staff know. They took my cup, dumped half of it out, poured in some milk, and handed it back to me. $7 well spent.
