Horrible, not flavor whatsoever. Rude guy and make me feel uncomfortable about my order. Plus he didn’t ask me if I need the receipt.

Good drinks, but every time I've been there the floors inside have been fairly dirty. The drive thru is also insanely slow in the morning, like backing out onto the street bad.

My wife has a credit card specifically for her Starbucks habit. It cost me about $250 a month. She gets the same thing every day.
This location deserves an award for being able to make this woman mad.
She’s had to pull out, pull back in, and wait an additional 15-20 minutes in the drive-thru MULTIPLE times prior to work because this particular staff can’t make a drink.
It’s weird because we ask them about it and they make excusss as to why Hampden and I 25 CAN but they CANT keep a consistent, appropriate drink.
We spoken to multiple self proclaimed managers about it. Asked for the General Manager. Still get the wrong drink and THEN a little teeny bobbing shift supervisor has the audacity in her little service industry life to tell US that her lack luster services are all the she’s GOING to do and to contact corporate. Bet. Corporate will soon be all over this location and our money will be in a different companies pocket altogether.

Literally come to Starbucks every day. I spend $220 a month on a drink. The SAME drink. I expect when I’m purchasing this drink for it to be consistent as it has been daily from the Hampden location by 1-25 for a solid year now.
I move down Hampden closer to this location and you’d think those simple tasks could be met but after multiple conversations with management and staff over literal WEEKS I am still getting a drink that’s not dark on the bottom and no syrup.
Do yourself a favor and switch to Dutch Bros before using this location, you’d be better off switching companies entirely rather than utilizing these people. I’ll take my $220 a month to Dutch Bros too. I don’t want a company that doesn’t hear me the first time.

These people consistently lie about who management is, can’t make a brown sugar shaken espresso to save their lives after REPEATED complaints and then after WEEKS of telling them their drinks are garbage they just try and justify WHY it’s garbage instead of giving me what I want. I’m going to report this place to corporate for making fraudulent claims of management repeatedly and not having competent staff who can make a consistent tasting drink. Go to the location further up Hampden by I 25 or even the target location makes better drinks. Their customer service is better as well.
I’m not going to stop reporting this place until management is replaced.

This Starbucks is a dream! They’re so kind and sweet. I go in every now and then when another Starbucks forgets my cold foam lol thank you all so much for your hard work and kindness! It means more than you know! :)

March Spring

What a waste of time and money I’ve experienced at this location. These three ladies below disrespected me all because I asked if I can modify an order and the tall lady with a scarf on her head wearing all black, asked me what do you you want the order in a certain way and immediately refused my order because I asked if her manager could do it!
Then her supervisor which is the short Hispanic lady with her hands to her waist which she’s on the photo below, immediately came yelling hey hey hey your not gonna talk to her like that without even knowing what the issue was and mind you I promise you I wasn’t being disrespectful, all I asked go head and bring you supervisor!!

Anyways long story short, these employees especially the ladies at this store are very rude and always in a bad mood at their customers that make sure their bills are paid!! They’re always irritated and careless about their job as you can see most customers are complaining about in their reviews. Like how could bite the hands that’s feeding you ??? Very disgusted at their behaviors and will never come back to support them, especially after their store manager offered nothing but an apology. He reached out to me after four months of complaining to customer service. Ridiculous, useless staff and management!!!

This morning was off to a terrible start — I was running late, stressed, and to top it off, I realized I had brought the wrong debit card after Jon had already made my drink. Instead of making me feel worse, Jon insisted I take the drink anyway and wished me a better day. That small act of kindness completely turned my mood around.

As someone whose best friend is a GM for Starbucks, I know how stressful the job can be, and moments like this show just how valuable team members like Jon are. His kindness, empathy, and customer-first attitude truly make a difference. Thank you, Jon, for making my day brighter!

I’m not someone who usually writes reviews, especially not 1-star ones. I normally think it’s a waste of time. But this experience was so unnecessarily frustrating that it genuinely deserved one.

I ordered an Iced London Fog this morning and was told it would take a few minutes to steep, which is totally fine. But when I got to the drive-through window, I was told the drink still wasn’t ready and that I’d need to come inside to get it. That might not sound like a big deal, unless you’ve been to this location.

Once you exit the drive-through, you're forced onto a main road with double solid yellow lines, no left turns and no U-turns allowed. There’s no easy way to turn around and go back. I had to drive an entire block, sit through another light, and waste gas I didn’t need to be using, just to come back to the window a second time for a drink I easily could’ve waited three more minutes for the first time.

And when I got back to the window and explained the situation, there was no apology at all. No acknowledgment that they caused an inconvenience or that they could’ve just let me wait. I sit behind people all the time ordering food that takes even longer to prepare, so what was the difference here?

What should’ve been a quick, enjoyable stop turned into a frustrating and completely avoidable 10-minute detour. The lack of customer care made it worse. I won’t be returning to this location.

I can't speak to all the employees here, but the shift-manager, Maya, is incredibly rude and indifferent. I purchase from Starbucks weekly and I can no longer spend my money here if these are the types of employees corporate allows to control the store. I was really floored by the treatment we received at her hands today.

This Starbucks Hampden location always has friendly staff. I've never been treated rudely or rushed in placing my order. They really care about giving you a good experience and on the extremely rare times my order wasn't correct, they immediately and cheerfully replace it.
