This Starbucks Hampden location always has friendly staff. I've never been treated rudely or rushed in placing my order. They really care about giving you a good experience and on the extremely rare times my order wasn't correct, they immediately and cheerfully replace it.

Would avoid this store they ring items in at to make it as expensive as possible. I tried talking to the manager about this but didn’t want to listen. Would recommend going to the one on Parker road better staff and lookin for ways to save you money in ring in the order differently.

Shame on you Starbucks, just ordered a water and super nice gal at the counter said new policy, I had to buy something, insulting at the VERY least. As much $$ as we spend weekly at Starbucks and you are gonna make me buy something when I just want a water this visit?BTW this is not a reflection on the staff, they are AMAZING! I could maybe see this policy at another location but, Castle rock next to the outlet mall? 😞

I usually have good service at this Starbucks and the staff is very nice/friendly. This morning though I had awful service here. Took a bit before someone came up to take my order at the register even though they weren’t too busy customer-wise and they say there was someone else before me they were helping first who wasn’t even in line and just comes on over from the seating area. I will say the Friday morning crew usually doesn’t have it together as well as the different crew on other mornings when it’s a lot busier and better/speedier service too. And I will add, in general it often is usually pretty slow for them to come up and get your order at the register and make your drinks, but I’m assuming that’s cause they’re always so busy, they seem to always have a lot of staff working, like 5+

Barista was rude, when I used cash she kept my change and when I was trying to put my cash away she held her hand out in my car window and I felt inappropriately pressured to give her a much larger tip than what was appropriate for the order. Really made me uncomfortable.

I love this starbucks! The staff is so amazing. Great service, great people, doesn't get any better than that.
I'm a regular customer at this starbucks for many years, never a problem. I always ask them to extra toasted my egg bites well done, and we'll done. The last 2 times my egg bites came out cold. I was unable to eat it because it absolutely raw when I asked them to extra toast , by the way I had to come back and talk to the manager and I met absolutely not professional manager who is completely out of professionalism.

Too many Starbucks nearby to visit this one. They treat you with total indifference when you go there. I'm not sure if they don't want you there, or they just don't want to be there themselves, but either way I'll be buying my $6 dollar coffees somewhere that they at least pretend they want my business.

Don't order baked goods that require warming up! I've been coming to this location for years and I love the people who work there and the location. However, their food safety/cleaning leaves something to be desired. Anything warmed in their oven tastes like trash. The taste that tastes like everything, slightly burnt, when you never clean your appliance. Blueberry muffin warmed? Tastes like crap. A super expensive breakfast sandwich? Disgusting. I have called and told them this in the past, years on and it's still a thing. Don't waste your time or money if they can't be bothered to maintain clean equipment. It's been like this for an embarrassingly long time.

Ordered the strawberry acai refresher and lemon loaf. The drink was horribly bitter, they used dehydrated strawberries which were mushy and the lemon loaf was stale. Just all bad
