Ordered on the app on Christmas. The store is listed as open. When I showed up, nobody was there. Lights are on, doors are locked, no answer at the drive-thru, and no answer on the phone. Cool.

All the negatives reviews need to relax… have been coming here since 1988 and never a problem… well almost never. Nonetheless, after a few months of yelling and arguing these employees make my coffee better then else where … one would think triple espresso with steamed milk is something simple to make! Of course with whole milk!Not to mention the outstanding customer service, that is better than one would receive at home!

This is the sloooooowest Starbucks I have ever been too. Every time I come , I’m waiting ages.
Despite the surrounding area, this is a very well kept Starbucks. Staff was friendly, though had to remake 2 drinks...not a deal breaker because the barista was super cool and quick about it.

Waited 25 minutes for a Vanilla Blonde Latte on a mobile order. Just a regular old, no modifications off the menu latte. Barista openly helped other mobile orders and walk ins first. Ridiculous. I had to ask for my order 3 times. I don’t often come to this Starbucks and after today it’s unlikely I’ll bother coming again.

Ordered a chai latte and got a Chai tea. They said all Starbucks fix it half water and half milk. I said no they don't that I had recently ordered this at original location and they used all milk. The clerk said they are doing wrong.
