Yesterday at about 2:30, I arrived at this establishment feeling completely overwhelmed. I had a horrible day and just needed help from anyone. The gal who helped me was amazing! She was extremely kind and understanding, and she truly made a difference. The store itself was clean and well-designed.

I did have one small negative — my drink was a bit watered down. Other than that, I had a fantastic experience. Thank you!

I'm not sure why this state doesn't have a list of drinks on the menu like dunkin or Dutch brothers. Or most other states.

They know how to properly display food on the menu just not the drinks

Slowest and most rude staff in all of Denver. Even when they aren’t busy they take too long make many mistakes and you practically have to beg for service and get treated like your annoying the staff when they finally acknowledge you at the counter. If you want to wait an hour for your coffee this is the place!

You’re better off going 10 minutes down the road to another location because you’ll wait waaay longer than that for a simple coffee at this location.

Very bad service very !!! unprofessional and very racist !!! I’ve been a client of Starbucks since 2012. I’ve never been to this location at night time I’ve always go to the one on Peoria there are the nicest nicest staff that you guys will ever have. You need to hire someone who is very professional and polite to people to customers. Remember, we all depend on customers and clients !!! working at a law firm dealing with criminal people believe me we are the nicest nicest people that we can be. Very disappointed !!!!

Ordered my matcha latte as usual but my drink was only half way full. I wouldn't be complaining if it was the first since I guess anybody can make a mistake but this isnt the first time this happens. I couldnt go back to complain to the baristas because i was in a hurry nonetheless. Hopefully the manager can do something about this.

A great Starbucks.
It’s a large store with plenty of seating and a pleasant staff that work hard (even when they are really busy) to get your order done and also get it right.
They have a drive through, also.

I clearly ordered sandwiches without egg they asked me again and again without egg but I don’t know why they added egg on it.
The cashier name Jesica disrespected me and asked me to leave the building I’m so sad the way they treated customer
