Don't order food on Uber eats. They will purposely mess it up.
Today I bought two coffee tasted like water with ice 😕
Stopped to try to order through the drive thru at 9:41pm and the girl on the head set said they were closed and that they closed at 9:30pm which I knew it was a lie because the site states 10pm. No professionalism anywhere any more these days. So don’t waste your time.

This location couldn't a whole new staff and better management. There were 4 employees behind the counter. NOT one of them were friendly or appropriate in their conversations being had between them about their 0erapnal lives. No one greeted me or thanked me to stopping by. They are extremely slow with orders inside and in the drivethru line. The line backs up and blocks the parking spots and you're stuck until thwy decide to move the line up. Bathroom was dirty and smelled. They lock up the bathrooms and the girl I asked for the code seemed bothered I asked for the code! All of their attitudes are terrible! They must focus on socializing rather than focusing on getting customers in and out in a timely manner and providing good customer service. Will never visit here again. Waited over 10 mins for one drink is unacceptable when there is 4 ppl behind the counter.

The service I received at the drive-thru today was very disappointing.
I waited approximately 10 minutes in line behind another vehicle. After moving to the order window, I waited an additional 10 minutes before finally leaving without receiving my order. During this second 10-minute wait, no employee approached the window.
While I understand that in-store business may have been high, the complete lack of acknowledgement or communication at the window for such an extended period is a significant lapse in customer service. The line of cars behind me was growing, and the situation gave the impression that the drive-thru queue was not being prioritized or managed effectively.

It seams that the homeless center is separating the women into a different event space. The women go first.

Literally the worst Starbucks ever, I rather drive out of my way to a different location than to go here. My coffee is ALWAYS super strong and watered down. Let’s not forget the customer service here is also a 0/10.
