I would go here everyday if it wasn't so bad. I order the same drink every time I go but it's always a surprise as to what you will get at this location. Once I ordered a latte and got a glass of milk. If there was coffee in it you couldn't see it or taste it. Most employees seem nice, but there is one lady who is extremely rude so I just avoid this location now.

This is the slowest location on this side of town. Also the black lady has to be the rudest worked I've ever dealt with at any Starbucks location. If you hate your job that bad you should apply somewhere else and not take it out of your customers.

Same old, same old. If you love the taste of burnt coffee, then this is the place for you. Service is Fast Food quick and with a smile. Noisy and busy but that's what one would expect. I'm a coffee purist, and like to taste my coffee w/o additives. You need lots of milk or cream to drink this cup! Sorry Starbucks, still not a fan !

If I could add less one star, it would definitely be too much for such unpleasant attention. The person who served us was rude, when receiving our order, he did not even greet us. Furthermore, since it was our first time in one of these restaurants, he looked at us contemptuously when we asked about some of the flavors and ultimately did not give us any advice or options even though the store was completely empty. Finally, when the order was ready, he did not speak to us either and simply made a sign. To eventually continue checking his cell phone like most of the time we were there ?

The worst customer service I have ever seen. It's not a coincidence or a one time thing, I experienced worst customer services couple of times. I will never go there again. Starbucks really needs to review or train it's employees well

The staff are so friendly! My drink is always ready for me when I get there (: and they remember their regulars which always feel a little special. I think everyone at this location deserves a raise! I've been to other starbucks, and I'm treated poorly. Here, I'm treated with respect, and everyone is so kind. It brings joy to me to spend money here simply because of the people you employed at this location. I wake up earlier sometimes, so I don't have to go to the Starbucks location by my job, lol.

There was only one barista there. It's not her fault but everything was really slow. I waited in the drive through for almost 15 minutes for my coffee and the she forgot I ordered breakfast and closed the window. They need to have more employees at that location.
