Slow service. Refuse reusable cups. I haven't gotten Starbucks in a paper cup in years. So

Usually pretty efficient given the volume of people. Didn’t love that they left the turkey bacon off of my turkey bacon sandwich and the coffee beans seem burned sometimes. I’ll come back because it’s convenient, but there’s room for improvement.
They're doing the best they can but even for a mobile order budget at least 1 hour to get your drink.... Took over 40 minutes and I still didn't have my drink but needed to board my flight.

The team had a line 30 people long and mobile orders and were getting them out like clockwork, very impressive compared to the locations at DFW. And my salted caramel cold brew is actually flavored correctly?! Bonus star just for that, honestly.

Love starbucks! BUT I just wanted in a long line ordered a tall iced cafe mocha with almond milk...paid 7.20. Chocolate almond milk... that's what I got. Zero espresso in here. I paid 7 bucks for milk☹️. Plus side...very friendly employees.
I always have a great experience at this Starbucks in the airport. It's reliably excellent for a quick caffeine fix while traveling. 5/5! ☕✈️Even tho sometimes the line is long, they go thru it quickly.

I was visiting the Starbucks in the C terminal. StoreID: DENSTA08. I asked for a large ice water and the person told me that they aren't allowed to give me a large ice water but instead could give me 2 cups of ice water. I said that it's more wasteful to give me an additional cup instead of just giving me 1 large ice water. They said that was the directions they were told so im writing to try and get that small things noticed.

Absolutely disgusting! Drinks where not mixed at all. The Carmel macchiato I could literally chew the Carmel there was so much barely any coffee seriously made me sick to my stomach! Do not waste you money here!

Good coffee, bad politics ? New location on C by the hanging airplane.

For a Starbucks in the center of a busy terminal, this one did two unexpected things. One, they took mobile orders. Second, they had it ready just as fast as any Starbucks out there.Friendly staff, fast service. Five star experience.

Certain brands are 100% consistent worldwide -- McDonald's and Starbucks are the template examples for such uniformity. This means that if you like Starbucks, then this Starbucks location will likely meet expectations. Of course, you will pay the airport food pricing premium. And don't be surprised if the queue to place your order is 20 or 30 feet long. Check your order before you leave the pickup area; if they get it wrong, it can be a pain to get somebody to fix it if the location is crowded.
