This location in particular has a great morning staff. They were all young baristas who have wonderful customer service and interpersonal experience. Very nice people. I take the time out to say this because thats not the easiest area to work. Im sure they are met with an array of characters and challenges in that particular location. But the good vibes and energy they offer to their customers did it for me. i felt better walking out of there- then i did when i walked in. good job guys! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

No place to sit, can't use the toilet, when someone drinks coffee, one has to go when finished, coffee is a diaretic it goes through in such a short

The last two times I’ve been at this location the drip coffee sucked. The first time there was none. No customers around and the barista uses the excuse that there were too many customers. What customers? The second time I came in the drip coffee was Luke warm which I tossed. For the amount of recent price increases you would think that Starbucks drip coffee would be a no brainer. I would offer some advice for this location stop showboating and have ready coffee. Geez.

Great food and coffee. No real place to stay or sit, mostly carry out only.

This place is extremely busy and the drinks come out in random order - pray the barista doesn't know the group of 10 behind you or you may never get your drink.

Love this location! All 3 associates greeted me with a smile and asked several times if there was anything they could help me with. I am celiac and Kyle was so kind to help me figure out what was safe for me to order. He personally sanitized everything used to make my latte- without me even asking. He understands cross contamination. He even got ice for me out of the back to be sure it would be safe. Awesome service!!!

Coffee shop with no seating and no restrooms for paying customers. Talk about bare minimum

Was visiting the store and witnessed 1 of the employees help a homeless woman with nothing but professionalism!

Inhospitable. The store is filthy, no seating, no restroom, and the staff hostile. We waited 10 minutes for coffee and it was wrong. Staff was rude about fixing the order so my party left without our coffee or refund. Don't bother with this location.

It was inhospitable. No seats or tables, no bathroom and the staff was indifferent to customers. Would definitely not go back to this location.

The 16th Street Mall at Curtis Street Starbucks. I am a fan of Starbucks coffee. Even though it is around $3 for a small cup. However, I am not a fan of a coffee shop getting rid of all their seats and turning into standing only. Back in 2017 when I vacationed in Denver, this was a downtown Starbucks where you could take a breather from walking in the heart of the 16th Street Mall while enjoying a Starbucks beverage. If I am paying around $3 for a cup of coffee, I do not feel that it is worth the money to have to stand up or walk along the 16th Street Mall to find a bench while the coffee loses its warmth. This is a shame since this is in the lobby of a historic building that includes a Starbucks coffee cup decoration at the corner. On the contrary to this standing only Starbuck's, the Caribou Coffee across the Mall provides a cozy Cafe with several seating arrangements and a fireplace in the middle. So, it is not surprising that we only stopped here to buy bottled water on our way to Coor's Field.

Cashier purposely changed my order. I gave a simple order of a "Quad shot over ice in a venti." I got 2 shots in a grande

I’d give four stars, but I just watched an associate (i did catch his name but am omitting it for his privacy) who openly and with seeming-mindlessness touched his mouth and beard while clearly facing the register, then immediately turned around and picked up a beverage without washing his hands, and handed it to a man in line. This is…not great…conduct for food service. He could have at least taken a moment to sanitize his hand.

Waited 10 minutes to receive a croissant.
