There’s a girl working in there that has red hair, and every time I come in, she’s rude slamming things around, has an attitude. Giving people dirty looks. I do not believe that to be professional.

I used to be a regular customer at this place, but everything changed with the new morning shift employees. I had to remind them of my order three times because they had forgotten it. They ignored me and kept serving the people in line behind me. I reminded them of my order again, and finally, they got annoyed. The blonde girl who dyes her hair different colors (pink, orange) yelled at me in front of the other customers, telling me not to come back, even though I was only reminding them of the order I had already paid for. They never apologized to me, except for the young man with glasses, who is the only one who is always kind and attentive whenever I go there. I appreciate his good service. The new employees provide terrible customer service. I'm writing this report so that you can see how they treat customers here and so that you can address this problem with the new employees. The previous employees provided excellent customer service; they were always very friendly and attentive.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks in the world. The staff there is hands down the friendliest and most caring, the lobby of the building they are located in has a wonderful atmosphere, and the drinks are always on point. Over the years Bella and Christine have brightened my days more than I can count. LOVE this place!

As a regular at this Starbucks location, I’m always impressed by the excellent customer service. The team here consistently goes above and beyond to make sure my experience is a positive one. They greet me by name, remember my usual order, and always take the time to make personalized suggestions to keep things fresh.
Even during busy times, they manage to keep the line moving quickly without sacrificing quality or friendliness. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers, and I always leave feeling appreciated. The staff’s attention to detail and their welcoming attitude are the reasons I keep coming back!

Christine & Bella, as well as the rest of the crew, have been phenomenal keeping an enjoyable environment that they have maintained everyday I have come in. Not only are they friendly but they also have great customer service, keep the store clean, while providing a quick turn around for your food and drinks. This is a standout Starbucks location. Justin, Bella and Christine always remember my name and my drink order, and they make it perfect every time.I’ve tried many other Starbucks locations in Denver but I prefer this one due to the consistent high quality in their service and drinks.The atrium is a good location for getting work done too – free Wi-Fi, lots of seating, and well-kept.
