I had a fantastic experience at this Starbucks thanks to a young lady who truly went above and beyond. I was in a rush to catch a van and didn’t have time to spare, but she managed to provide change for my van tip and whip up my drink in under 90 seconds, seriously impressive! The interaction was so fast and efficient that I didn’t catch her name, but her customer service, speed, and willingness to help did not go unnoticed. I left completely satisfied and on time for my ride. Huge thanks to her! Happened at about 2:55 pm July 23 2025! GIRL YOU ROCK!! Now let’s see if this Horchata Espresso gets me through this day!

I am so impressed with this starbucks, I had to actually give it a review!! I’m a mural artist from NC who does contract work around the country. When I go out of town, I get starbucks. Typically the ones where I live suck, just awful. But this one is different. I have never felt more welcome at this one!! Everyone there is kind, thoughtful, hardworking, great sense of humor, and never once served a bad coffee!!! I highly recommend this starbucks to anyone looking for coffee in the downtown area of Denver!! Roundhouse!!! 🫶

Employee taking orders did not understand my order. I wanted a decaf American with added hot water so it was not as strong. He looked at me like I was stupid and said it had hot water. I explained that the Americano was too strong and to add more hot water. Again, he looked at me like I was stupid. I tried to explain again and he just didn't understand. I do this all the time at Starbucks across the country and have never had a problem. In fact, they usually offer to add hot water to it without me asking. When I told him nevermind, his response was "Goodbye Forever". He didn't even try to help. Definitely needs some coaching.

This was where I got Starbucks two mornings in Denver. Opens early which I appreciate since we are out early for a walk. Across the street from the Westin hotel. Clean, my coffee was good and the breakfast sandwich hot. They have two restrooms which you must get a code to use. Sign of the times and being downtown. Mobile ordering and pick up was a breeze. For my first pumpkin cold brew of the season which starts earlier and earlier lol
Parking: Paid parking after 8am and lots of streets torn up so not easy to get to with a car and no drive through of course

Not normally a Starbucks person. But this particular Starbucks on 17th in downtown Denver has amazing service. The parade for the Denver Nuggets winning the NBA championship was today. This Starbucks is on the route where hundreds of thousands of fans were attending the parade. It was packed. Still got my coffee in about 3 minutes and it was delicious. Kudos.

Just when I think another Starbucks cannot be anything special, (yes, I am getting jaded), the visit is made nicer due to the pleasant and professional staff. My rather complicated request was received nicely and I just felt at home - not in a coffee chain. If you're in the area and want a few minutes of relaxation, do stop in. You won't be disappointed.

I go to this Starbucks from time to time since it's across the street from my office building in downtown and it's one of the nicer Starbucks in downtown since it's not on 16th Street. They have A LOT of space in here, the staff is always beyond polite, both cashiers are working so they get you in and out really fast and the bathrooms are clean! I would recommend going here over the other locations. Check it out!

Last few times I've been here has been a bad experience.Everything from being charged for free refills to being interrupted by security while confrencing to be reprimanded for not having my feet under the table.Out of all the Starbucks downtown this is the worst
