Purchased lemon loaf cake expiration date was six weeks ago. They blew me off telling me they keep them frozen and there is no expiration on them very disappointed that ain’t gonna happen twice. I never was a fan of their coffee anyway.

Very long wait for order pickup. Product was on counter next to carry out bag. But counter workers didn't put in bag and even walked by order several times. Very poor customer service!

I was being rushed with my order with no car behind me. I also asked for light ice nicely with please and thank you and they topped my drink with ice. I also thank the girl at the drive thru and she said “ ahu” like wow! Ok great thanks this is the second Starbucks location who I will stop going to. I tip really well and I’m really polite so you did loose a good customer!
They need to change their hours on here. They are definitely not open until 9pm.

I ordered a $7 drink the shots were poured wrong. I didn't say anything about that but asked them to fill the glass with oat milk I was told no I could have more ice. $7 and I can't get what I asked for.
