I would recommend them getting a more eye-catching OPEN sign. We had a hard time telling if they were closed. Love the staff and tasty drinks! 😋

Absolutely disgusting experience. Ordered from this location for a drink delivery for my girlfriend’s birthday. She drank most of her drink, AND FOUND A MOLDY STRAWBERRY at the bottom of her drink. Who knows what else was in the drink and who was given moldy items that day.

I really like this location. The customer service is better than other locations in my area. They are always friendly and make great drinks. One thing I like is they don't flip the tip thing in you face for every single purchase like some of the other starbucks.

Ordered lavender oatmilk matcha 3 times at this location. Venti all 3 times. The cup is always 1/3 full of drink and 1/3 of green foam and has no lavender cold foam at the top. Got no ice but the cup should still be full. I work at Starbucks and know how to make correctly.
I ordered a caramel frappachino. Tasted like burnt coffee. Called and complained. Was told to come the next day and tell them my name. Was basically called a liar and they don’t give free drinks out. Won’t be going back to this location!

Purchased lemon loaf cake expiration date was six weeks ago. They blew me off telling me they keep them frozen and there is no expiration on them very disappointed that ain’t gonna happen twice. I never was a fan of their coffee anyway.

Very long wait for order pickup. Product was on counter next to carry out bag. But counter workers didn't put in bag and even walked by order several times. Very poor customer service!
