Brace yourself 11 pieces of dragonfruit is extra, hate to see how much they normally put in…..come on!!! Good to know I won’t be back…guess that is what I get for trying to support local community store……..will pick up my order down the mountain before I come home!!!

So sick of Starbucks shoving the card reader in you face and expecting a large tip for a drive threw its typical entitlement of Starbucks employees for this reason I will no longer support Starbucks in any way

I go to this location every morning. There is a guy with pink hair who was really rude this morning didn't say one word to us and we waited 5 min for our second drink when it was just sitting there the whole time. Also we have been having issues with them not filling up our drinks they are only 3/4 full.

Went to grab my son a cake pop and me a shaken espresso, with light ice. The non binary thing with red dyed hair said they don’t do light ice & I asked if that was new & it goes “not really it’s been like this for a couple weeks” I’ve gone here a couple times and they always gotta a terrible attitude. Won’t be going here again

This is a review specifically for Brandon. Wonderful young guy who sometimes works the drive through. When he’s working the drive through I know my order will be made correctly and he always does it in a genuinely attentive and helpful manner. He’s the best.

Bel was awesome, had great attitude, always smiling and verry efficent! My new favorite starbucks, the only issue i have was my inability to leave her a tip!! To me that is a disrespect to your employees, and also puts us customers in a guilty state of mind as for the last 30 years i have been buying coffee at starbucks i tip the person making my coffee, now i have to leave after such great service in a negative mood for inability to tip...bonus points for awesome employee, a boo to managers for this practice of not tipping..shame on you!!!

I absolutely love the morning staff! They’re so sweet and amazing! They work fast! Make amazing coffee and do one heck of job even when it’s super busy!! My girl Michelle greets me every morning with a smile, looks up at me every time I walk in, and makes amazing coffee!

I did a mobile order, and My drink was delicious! But for almost $7 for a grande I would at least expect them to fill it all the way up it was a little over half ways I wish I would of noticed it before driving away so I could go back in and let them know not fair!

The early AM service at this shop is terrible. We come in regularly, order our drinks online, are friendly, and say hello. Who ever works the front counter obviously believes she's too good to work here. Every morning, she doesn't bother to look up or even acknowledge someone walked in the store. Totally get it, not your dream job. But customer service, and greeting patrons is still a thing and good for business. Get a grip girl, you're pouring coffee not indentured.
