I come here almost every day out of convenience because it’s the closest Starbucks to my house. Sometimes it’s great but then other times like today, I’m stuck waiting 15-20 minutes for them to finally make my drink, and by the time it comes, my croissant is cold and hard and I need to either task it down or ask them to reheat it. I also worked at Starbucks before, so I know how things should work and I know they have a time limit on the drive through but I shouldn’t have to sit there and watch the girl make 15 drive thru orders while mine is sitting there, with the shots that expired 8 minutes ago, when she finally pours the milk in. So I wait 20 min for a cold croissant and a messed up coffee. I think most of the cashiers are very friendly and they remember my name and that’s nice but what I really want is a good latte with non-expired shots and a hot croissant. I mean it’s a $7 cup of coffee, I shouldn’t have to remind them to put whipped cream on a white mocha, or drink expired espresso. I wouldn’t have said anything but I want this to get better because I want to come to this Starbucks, but I don’t want to feel like I don’t matter because the drive through has a time limit and in store customers are stuck waiting, or whatever the reason is. It’s just this happens almost 50% of the time I come and it makes no sense to have partners (employees) standing around doing nothing when customers are waiting for drinks. Kind of looking forward to it he robots and ai taking over fast food.

The worst I went with my mom and I had forgotten to get my double smoke sandwich so my mom went back and said I had forgotten it and the lady said she has it up in front for her and so we went and she told my mom that it was her fault for leaving to fast like that’s why my mom said I had “forgotten” then as my mom was leaving she was out side standing just looking at us from outside I forgot the lady’s name but she looked young and new because I hadn’t seen her there but she had no right to talk to my mother like that so disappointed…

I had a mishap at a different Starbucks location they gave me the wrong drink however advised me that any Starbucks could replace the meal or the order I live across town so today I went and asked Willie the manager or maybe he's just a worker however he was completely professional and they were pretty awesome at this location about replacing my messed up order. They also were polite enough to give me a couple of cups for my dogs. Great location

Just another store that doesn't know classic syrup goes in every iced coffee unless the customer asks differently. The person taking my order typed out "Full pumps" but didn't type classic syrup... so the person making my drink left it out. Even though I ask them to make sure the classic gets in there.... I'm always reassured with "it comes with it"
