This is the second time I come to this location and they get my drink wrong or try to give me a cup of a different size when paying for something bigger. When I called to let them know they just asked me to come back and made me late to get back to work. Don’t recommend this specific location the one off the highway is better!

Waited for solid 10 min in the drive thru, with folks behind us honking, only to be told at the order screen, “We’re short staffed so it’s going to be a few min.” Decided not to order after several more min wait. Not a knock on the baristas but on management. Truly absurd. Get your act together.

I placed an order for 3 coffee travelers at 6 am and everything was ready 35 minutes later when I arrived. They even asked if I needed different creamer types. Very helpful and friendly. It made my early morning for an important meeting flow very smoothly. Bravo

Bad day at the Starbucks. Waited over ten minutes in the drive through. Then had cow milk instead of the oat. Also ordered extra hot and was only luke warm. I paid $6 for a drink that not only would I not enjoy, but would make me sick.

I was treated very poorly today by Monica, who identified herself as the supervisor. I simply informed her that the day before, my ham and cheese croissant was served cold. Instead of addressing the concern, she was extremely rude and asked whether I had called. I explained that I did call, but no one answered.

Even after she continued being disrespectful, I made it clear that I didn’t need a refund or a remake—I only wanted to let her know that this was the second time it happened at this location.

I shop at Starbucks every single day, whether I pick up my order myself or my assistant does, and I spend no less than $28 daily, plus a tip. But when there’s an issue with my food, I’m not treated like the loyal customer I am. It’s not fair, and I do not appreciate the way I was spoken to or treated.

I’m the one who bit into a cold croissant—not once, but twice.

Went to this Starbucks and waited in line at ~3 am for a “Bearista” cup (first one there). Employees saw me waiting in line as they walked in for their shift after me. I saw on their shelf that they had 2 of these cups, so I waited about 2 hrs for them to open. Before they opened the doors, the baristas took the cups. I asked about it, and then they laughed said they were out of stock. I asked why they didn’t say anything if they saw a line, and why are they laughing at us - and all I got was more giggles and a shrug.

I understand limited quantities but employees should have been more friendly and not laugh at people who clearly were waiting overnight. Or they could have the decency to tell folks outside that they do not have any stock so we were not waiting for no reason.

All I wanted is that damn cup for my wife…

I came to this location this morning and is completely annoyed… it’s like the 2nd time I have come up here and they don’t haven’t pumpkin cream cheese muffin. The young lady tells me “oh we no longer have those in season” which is the dumbest excuse I have ever heard.. I am a frequent Starbucks goer and as of nov 1 they are out of the fall season muffin.. she tells me “yea we have been out for a few weeks now” I asked her if someone could come take it off the sign since it’s no longer “in season” she tells me oh the company does that….. such a waste of damn time and it’s a drive through that I can’t drive off from I have to literally sit in line and wait to be let out… I know the young lady was making a whole story up. If she wasn’t..then Starbucks is completely ridiculous! Starbucks has gone completely down hill over the past years I can see why some of them are going out of Business

I keep requesting light ice and always get maximum ice. I complain all the time and to the online chat. I’m pretty sure it’s folks just being passive aggressive at this point.

Food was great Raspberry sweet cream. Cold brew was amazing. It was just amazing. The last of the times I’ve been here. It was also amazing. This place is a really good Starbucks. If you’re looking for a great Starbucks is this is a good place.
