service was ok. Coffee was the worst made, they added whip cream to my iced coffee when i ordered without. It tasted like water. It was gross 😝. Too far to turn around I ended up throwing the whole coffee away. I guess that is why I rarely go to Starbucks anymore. Seems like everyother time somethings wrong.

Since Marilú started taking over the afternoons on Mondays, everything has leveled up. The store is spotless her crew is on point and the energy she brings just makes the whole place better. I stop by often and it is clear she doesn’t just manage she inspires the people around her. She definitely deserves some kind of recognition, whether that is employee of the month or something even more special. There is just something about the way she runs things focused, calm, and full of heart that makes it impossible not to notice.

I bought a grande iced coffee. I stayed in the store for 40 minutes or so, but went to the outside patio to answer a call. I came back in and asked for a refill. The cashier didn't believe me and said she would do it this time, but I also had to completely finish my drink. She asked if I left and came back. I said no that I was on the patio. I didn't see her name, but she had long black hair. I said I would finish the last little bit. It was rude. I won't be going back.

This is the worst store in the system. I come to this store out of convenience to my next stop (sales). I was getting step up at the table first, due to a long line. I was approached, and I was told I needed to purchase something to stay. No problem, but the manor it was delivered and prior interactions with the very rude staff, I decided that I've had enough. I generally don't care, it is what it is. I would have purchased my usual, but it's a matter of principle and just left. I'll go out of my way now to avoid this store.

I'd like to get the sausage egg sandwich without cheese. Sausage very greasy, it soaks one side of the bread so I dont eat that. Very friendly people, nice place.

Thee worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too there customer service is terrible they put tips over customers I feel like I’m not treated equally the staff is horrible I hope they change there priorities or staff

I was here on March 3rd. The manager asked me after about 10 minutes if I was going to order something. He wore a Harvard shirt and looked at me like I was homeless and kept insisting “I just had to be sure… I just had to be sure…” meNwhile x4 other people came in and ordered nothing and weren’t freaking interrogated by the staff, weren’t questioned or anything. The staff here will apparently judge you if your clothes do not match their standards, and they might’ve aesthetically assumed I was homeless and harassed me for this reason? Do not come here. The staff is clearly classist and biased and will harass you if you enter their store. Idk who this freaking manager was in his damn Harvard sweater, but he made me feel so not okay at his store.

Just need to shout out to Micky and Julia. I don't leave reviews. I live less than one block away from this Starbucks. I get coffee for home every 8 weeks or so.

Went into this location today to get a coffee drip system and coffee. Mikey was beyond helpful. A family with two small children were leaving and the little buy started to run outside of the store and fell. The sidewalk was clear and dry. The little boys feet were just too fast for his body. The family came back into the Starbucks to settle and care for their son. Julia immediately without asking took the family a cup of ice to be used on the little boys head. Micky took him a chocolate cake pop and asked his parents if he could have it. Micky then got down on one knee to present the litter boy with the treat. Micky spoke gently and kindly to the little boy.

I let them both know how kind they were and applauded their kind and right action. I am sitting in the store writing this review and I am still a little teary.

Much gratitude for having an atmosphere where you see something, you do something and show up with love and compassion. There acts took maybe three minutes and I can guarantee that their actions will be remembered by this family and me for many more minutes and days.

Thanks Julia and Micky for giving me a moment in this crazy time that Humanity always makes a difference!

I rarely leave reviews, but I was treated so badly I want to. Chase served us and was the rudest worker I have ever come across. I’ve worked 5+ years in the service industry and would never treat someone as rudely as he did. Got annoyed with me because I needed a minute to look at the menu before ordering, spoke incredibly rude and shortly, and when I asked for a straw just ignored me and would not acknowledge me. I worked at McDonald’s in drive thru and dealt with a lot of hard customers who did not treat me well, but I would NEVER have treated them with the rudeness Chase exhibited.
