This location is consistent, friendly, and gets you taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. I truly appreciate that in a chain. The only other location I pass on the way to work gives me a different drink every time I go, even though I always order the same thing.

I hate Starbucks their drinks areexquisite but they hire of the stupidest people they could find. You have to yell at them your order because not only is it loud inther but they cannot here. People must really need coffee that bad because there is not one Location I been too where they have competent employees!

Today I had top-notch service from one of their outstanding employee with medium blonde hair and a black apron (he did not have a name on the apron). First and foremost, when taking my order he patiently answered my questions, offered recommendations, and ensured my order was tailored to my preferences. Not only did he take my order but my caramel frap crafted by this employee was perfect. It was evident that he took pride in his work, ensuring that each cup was a masterpiece of flavor and quality.The defining moment of excellence came when the barista asked a question to Carter to make sure he made a drink to the customers liking.For som reason Carter began yelling, clearly upset and said something along the lines of "I have had a rely bad day and that it was not his job to know there orders and how he did not want to be there. Instead of reacting defensively or becoming flustered, He remained composed and professional. He skillfully diffused the situation, showing remarkable poise under pressure.

For being such a new and nice looking Starbucks, they sure did have issues with flies and cobwebs under chairs by the legs. Drinks and food were good, but the flies are what really are a negative for this place.

Ryan, the manager, is such a great and friendly person. The baristas are also amazing and incredibly friendly and make great recommendations/drinks. The atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly, the baristas seem to get along and have fun behind the bar. 10/10 would recommend this location.

The music is so loud at this Starbucks lol It's not bad music, but I've been here three times to chill/study/work and the music is distracting. Also, twice now they have taken more than 10 mins on my drink. The first time I waited 15 minutes and they made my drink wrong, they were kind about it and remade it for me :) but between the wait time and the music I ended up leaving without getting any reading done.

These people.... When you order a drink make sure its right. Cause they will argue with you over milk choices wildly... Also if you pay for a substitution dont expect them not to mix in the 2% trash
