Great experience in this starbucks. Fastest baristas in town ( janai ) that also happens to be the manager of the store. Great customer service if they could only keep all the kids behaving I'd give a 11 out of 10 stars. I'd definitely recommend this store ask for Jana if you go there.

Edit**Very nice staff. They should've built this place twice as large though. It stays busy. A great patio and fireplace would've been super in this area. **I haven't been here in awhile. But I had no other choice when my coffee pot was packed for a move. I just want to say that the service I received was great. CHAN should be training staff at most of your shops. Make a training video. She is wonderful..I am back for a second time this morning and another young lady with long red hair was very nice. Genuine. Eye contact. Listening and responding like you care, matter. I didn't catch her name, but she is great as well. The mozzarella pesto egg sandwich is great, btw..I really enjoy the music played to. Just loud enough.

They were out of oatmilk, they were out of pecan crunch, they were out of sleeves!! I burnt my hand!!
It was so loud i couldnt here anything the lady was asking me. The music was up so loud it was like club starbucks.
Kids unsupervised running around like little minions adding to noise level.
After all that they messed up my order.

Consistently one of the worst Starbucks I’ve been to over the course of a year. The service is usually very slow and baristas at this location are not very friendly. I placed a mobile and upon arriving the line as usual (to be expected it’s Starbucks!) was overflowing out the lot. I didn’t wanna wait in line for 30 minutes to pick up my order bc i ordered food n didn’t want it to be cold. Upon going inside my order is nowhere to be found, after waiting I asked the barista who said she has not got it yet. I ask again only to find out my order was sitting behind the counter. My food was indeed cold. I’ve had a rough week , I know it’s small but it really just ruined that part of my day bc it’s all I got to eat so I wanted it to be good. I don’t think I’ll be returning unless drive thru is clear.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STARBUCKS.I recently bought a hot chocolate drink and saw an ANT in it also it burned my tongue and I had to go to the hospital.Not to mention but the staff was SUPER rude to my cousin bc when my cousin wanted to get a drink they were EXTREMELY RUDE TO HER like fix it.😡
