This Starbucks location on E Colfax is truly special. The staff is extra friendly—always welcoming, kind, and attentive. They go above and beyond, even bringing drinks to the table, which makes every visit feel personal and appreciated.
A huge thank-you to Hailey and the whole team for consistently creating such a positive, caring atmosphere. You can really feel the kindness here. Highly recommend!

So rude here. If you don’t wanna work in the morning time then don’t work! I ask if an order is ready and girl is snappy and rude. Then when I grab my order to leave they give weird looks and don’t say have a good day or anything. They didn’t even welcome me in!! Worst service ever. Horrible workers .

Came in to fill some paperwork i needed, bought 2 coffee for me and my wife, as we were there i took a slight hit of my vape unconciously, didnt blow anything out there! Was imedately asked to leave! No warning no nothing, i would have not had a problem with it. Prior to evrything this particular white guy with glasses just kept staring at us as if we were not to belong there, i will never come back to this starbucks!!!!!
The employee at the window this afternoon was extremely rude, curt, visibly annoyed, and unapologetic for not being able to complete my request. I wouldn’t recommend this location if looking for decent service.

Look I don’t want to give yall a bad review because I know your customer base is rough but why is this Starbucks always on fire???
Went in to get a tea , with honey for sentimental value and as a tribute to me to someone that passed away . The lady at the register was rude , and refused to write the name I asked on the cup .
Super sad , wont be going to this location ever again 😢

This location suffers from consistently poor service, incorrect orders, long wait times, dirty tables, and generally horribly made espresso drinks. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 5 minutes to ANY other location. Management should be alerted, send secret shoppers or just generally do QC on the coffee being served.
Hey, I was a little frustrated with my online order today at 10:47am on Sept. 16th. I placed the order ahead of time to save a few minutes, but when I arrived I was told the drink had just been ordered, which defeated the purpose. Is there something I'm missing about how the online ordering system works?

Have tried to go to this location multiple times between 4:30am-5am and very often just like this morning they say they are closed and to return during business hours. It’s currently 4:54am 9/9 and I stopped there between 4:40am and now. Just a little annoying that your business hours say you are open and opened at 4:30 but when attempting to order at the drive through during those business hours your not and open and people are working inside.

I had a very unpleasant experience with customer service. One of the employees—taller and heavier, wearing glasses—was extremely rude. I went in to order a Jalapeño Chicken Pocket, but she told me they were out. While I was trying to decide what else to order, I asked if I could use the restroom. She told me I had to make a purchase first, which I understood.
I took a moment to look at the menu and then placed my order. However, I started feeling uneasy because the employee began speaking in coded language to her coworkers, and they all laughed. This made me uncomfortable and suspicious, so I kept a close eye on the food preparation to ensure my food wasn’t tampered with. I didn’t even ask for the restroom code again because I wanted to focus on watching my food being made.
Then, another employee asked me what I had ordered, and shortly afterward, someone else handed me my food. I never saw it go into the oven, which made me even more suspicious. I took the food but felt very uneasy about it. I stepped outside, then came back in to ask for a cup of ice, but I was still hesitant to say anything.
Although I didn’t confront anyone, I was very disappointed. I ended up not eating the food—I simply put it in the trash. The way I was treated made me feel disrespected. Just because some people may use the restroom without purchasing anything doesn’t mean every customer should be treated with suspicion. I could have used a gas station restroom for free, but I had planned to order food and give Starbucks my business.
If the manager reviews the security footage, they will see that I did not use the restroom and that I threw the food away without eating it. I didn’t go inside to cause a scene because that’s not who I am. I just quietly left.
Starbucks needs to understand that treating customers like this is not acceptable.
