Skip this Starbucks and walk to the next coffee shop.Workers were rude and messed up just about every order. When asked to correct orders they were combative.Even when the correct order came out the coffee was trash. However far the walk to the next coffee shop, it is worth the steps.

I love Starbucks pay no matter where I go. I always get a great consistent drink. This one is conveniently located in Denver Colorado.

I really liked this location because there were fewer people than normal hanging out (far enough away from Union Station) which made it easier to find a spot, charging, etc and have business calls since I'm remote. If I can't find a good spot at the local shops around here, I may pop by this location. The place is clean and the folks are nice.

Minimalist Starbucks. Not much seating, self-absorbed barristas, brutalist decor (none).

Why is everyone here so rude? I’ve only ever been here two times and all of the coworkers are so rude with an attitude. Im pretty sure they charge more than any other Starbucks. Or could it be that they are in downtown. I got an Iced Chai Tea Latte and a Mango Dragon Fruit drink, which came out to a total of $12? That’s crazy. Plus they ask for tip?? Double crazy

about 2 weeks ago i went into the Starbucks and bought some drinks for my coworkers. they charged me the 61$ there and i thought it was all good. UNTIL I WOKE UP YESTERDAY MORNING DOUBLE CHARGED andddddd put my bank account in the negatives. I actually used to work at this location as well so this is so odd to me!! the starbucks wont pick up the phone and the person the manger told me to message hasnt even gotten back to me. unacceptable when i have the money to make the purchase then i make it but to be double charged for a 60$ order 2 weeks later. and have no one answer is absolutely ridiculous. I will be coming in today to talk to someone about how i will be getting my money back.

Pay attention: this is not a Starbucks’ Starbucks (seems owned by someone, not the corporate). While the drink offerings maybe the same, they’re just more expensive, probably 1 dollar more expensive than those real Starbucks! Also, some staff members are nice but some are so rude. No idea why would people pay more to get no better services.

Right next to our hotel, ordered ahead, fast service, clean store, large patio outside. Happy with our experience especially in light of their average

Boutique hotel with a small room, only 1 nightstand. No place for 2 suitcases anywhere. Frontdesk lady did not tell you need your hotelcard in the elevator to be able to go to your designated floor. We met an old couple who went three times to the 14th floor because they were not told and didn’t understand how it worked. Waitinglines for elevators and for the checkin desk. Parking will cost you 42usd per day. NO breakfast, no hairdryer. The AC is loud and cannot be switched off. On 4th floor you cannot take the stairs, door is locked. If there is an emergency you are not supposed to use elevator, but you have to go to the 5th to get out?? Wifi did not work very good.

This is my new favorite hotel in Denver. The vibe is great, the food is amazing, the staff is sexy and helpful and the location is great. Highly recommended. Each floor has its own theme. We stayed on the Star Wars Star Trek floor. So much fun. Tons of personality. Comfy beds and pillows. Free coffee in the am. What else can you ask for

Change the POS (point of sale) system. The tip prompt at the end can be awkward and embarrassing especially when you have to ask the cashier how to decline the option to tip on a $1.07 cup of coffee. Upgrade to touchscreen to creat an easier and more private transaction for the customer.-or train the employees to tell the customer how to use the POS before being prompted

Everyone working at the hotel was so nice to us! Every interaction was just wonderful. The place just had a great feel. We had a good time checking out some different themed floors and a Ceaser at the Office helped up rally on our last day. Love the location and would totally stay there again.
