I’d love to be able to use this Starbucks — there have been plenty of times I’ve really needed coffee. But every time I stop by, the drive-thru line is wrapped around the parking lot. I’m not waiting 15–20 minutes for something that takes 10 seconds to pour. Inside isn’t much better, so at this point I usually just skip it altogether. Maybe closing the nearby stores wasn’t such a great move. Time to find a new coffee shop.

The worst customer service Starbucks in Denver! Despite it being the closest one to my house, I will not go there because the barista’s are so focused on the drive-through they often neglect coming into the lobby. The worst part of it was even though I am there almost daily for iced coffee when I came in one afternoon, just asking to put ice in my own personal water bottle. The barista told me that unless I purchased something he would not give me any ice!

This may be a new corporate policy, but the attitude that went with it was abhorrent!

I will not return to the Starbucks unless there’s a major change with the service and more importantly, the attitude that went with it! Stay away from this place!

This place was amazing. They are much fancier than a normal Starbucks. They have a lot of comfy chairs, besides just wood. They also use real plates and cups, instead of just plastic. My breakfast sandwich and lemonade were top tier. End of story.

A very simple order. I wanted to use stars for my order venti tea because they were expiring. Instead I was charged for the order on the app. Employees do not seem to listen. This is not the first time this has happened.

Mobile ordered a white mocha and it had weird syrup goop all over the mouth of the top. It also tasted very strange.

Also mobile ordered a cinnamon coffee cake which tasted stale.

Maybe avoid?
