Ordered ahead of time. Show up 10 minutes later there is no one here. One girl is cleaning the other one is just sitting scrolling on her phone. Stand at the end of the counter wait over 5 minutes to be asked what I need. I said my online order.

It's a small little Starbucks, food is as expected and the atmosphere is a little more cramped than normal. Apparently they're not telling employees about promotional drinks because after 3 attempts to clarify the guy at the register did not comprehend it. I got frustrated and just dealt with the drink I didn't want but I won't be ordering any time he's in again.

Hello, I’d like to provide feedback on an experience I had during my recent visit. I ordered a freshly brewed coffee from a tall male employee who was the only one at the register at that time. Despite clearly stating my order, I felt he deliberately ignored my request, and I had to repeat myself several times until another staff member stepped in to assist.

After completing my payment, I waited, but I noticed others who ordered after me received their drinks first. When I approached another staff member to check on my order, she promptly provided my coffee and apologized. Throughout this experience, I felt I was treated differently due to an implicit bias, which left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. I believe this kind of differential treatment shouldn’t occur, and I hope you will address this to ensure a respectful environment for all customers. Thank you for considering my feedback.

This place IS open to anyone, not just campus students. You CAN use your SB App. Expect lots of students, but they're pretty quick.

I would like to give 0 stars for service. They are rude and show racism. When I order a refresher or lemonade without ice, the quantity was half of the glass and when questioned about it they say, I will add ice if you want to make full and also "the management said to do so". That was very rude as they know that I need the drink without ice. Even the hot drinks were almost half of the glass. Don't know what and for whom they are saving for. Decided not to buy anything from this location again because of their worst service and rude behavior. Highly disappointed.

The absolute slowest Starbucks. Employees move like snails.there is one girl who works there who is always making drinks for her friends even though people have been waiting in line for 15min.

Normal starbucks, but tip for management. Include teaching your staff to annunciate. I asked a question at the front, and I couldn't hear the girl because she was speaking so softly twice, someone standing ~5 feet behind her did annunciate and answered my question and I heard her without problem. Especially since the COVID plastic is still up.

I’d give them 5 stars but you can’t order ahead through the app, so you have to wait in line. Also, the Community Commons building is unlocked now so anyone should be able to go to this store.
