Went to this Starbucks on a Wednesday. A girl with dark hair and glasses waited on me. I think it was June 4th. I asked about purchasing a thermos there but realized it was damaged. I was still willing to buy it and asked her if she could give me small discount since it was damaged. She decided to berate me and say it was only scratched. It was cracked under the top layer and I was looking right at it as she went to also say it will definitely sell and she didn't have to sell it to me. Well, it is still sitting there and it is now almost the end of the month. This is exactly the type of employee you want to avoid running your business. Not only will the clearly "damaged" item continue to sit there but I will never spend another penny there again.

The worst customer service! I asked nicely for light ice. The girl at the drive thru super rude and rushed me with no cars behind me. Not busy at all.

Most of the personnel at this Star Bucks are very nice, but one particular individual always goes out of her way to be rude to me and give me shoddy service. I'm a regular and visit this Star Bucks often but from now on I will go to the Star Bucks franchise right across the street where they are always happy to provide excellent customer service.

Standard Starbucks but crowded. I use their power scooters (handicap) and they don't leave a lot of room.
