This was genuinely the worst experience I’ve had at a Starbucks. I visited in the morning on 12/9, and a worker named Natalie was extremely unhelpful and noticeably rude. She barely paid attention while I was ordering and didn’t maintain eye contact. When I approached the counter, I said, “Hey, how is it going?” She ignored the greeting and responded only with, “What can I get for you,” completely disregarding my comment.
When I asked for certain items, she claimed they were out of stock, and the entire interaction felt dismissive. I then asked to speak with a manager, and she told me that she was the manager and that I couldn’t speak to anyone else. Overall, the experience was very frustrating and unprofessional. I expect a little more enthusiasm and basic courtesy from the staff.

New Starbucks in King Soopers is excellent! As they figure out the traffic patterns, I hope they offer some relief to their morning baristas on the weekend - they need 2 to keep up! I didn’t mind waiting as I wasn’t in a rush and she was working as fast as she could, but definitely should consider doubling up on the weekends!

Just last Thursday, November 6, 2025, I had a terrible experience at this establishment, thanks to a young man who apparently goes by the name of Dio, who doesn't like serving foreign people, in my case, people with Hispanic features. The young man is completely racist. I posted about what happened on several platforms, and to my surprise, I'm not the first person to have received this treatment. The guy is rude when answering questions and makes fun of the people who come into this business. He refused to serve me, and I tried to get help from other staff in the store, but I was unsuccessful. They told me that the store manager wasn't there at the moment.
