The workers are so incredibly rude, it’s disgusting how high up in the air their noses are - I live right by this coffee shop so it would be amazing if it were somewhat decent, however it’s my LEAST FAVORITE coffee shop in ALL of Denver - and I make it a point to check out many different shops. They treat everyone that walks in the door as a burden, and the funny thing is - the coffee isn’t anything special, in fact, after you wait twenty minutes for a simple latte, it will be cold - ALWAYS. I’m so done giving them a try and I will gladly drive across town just to not deal with their attitudes, and so-so coffee. . . That speaks volumes because I can walk to this shop in 3 minutes. Don’t waste your money, time, or energy with this below average shop.

I love coming to Steam. The environment is so cool, and the drinks and food are delish. I appreciate the dog/stroller outside ordering window, it makes it way easier when navigating a big stroller and a baby to be able to stay outside. I love the multiple types of seating. The bathrooms are always clean, too!

This place sure knows how to take the fun out of getting a gourmet cup of coffee. Service is friendly but everyone is in their own world. It takes entirely too long to revive your coffee and once you receive it; it’s not hot. Waste of time and money.
I'm a big fan of Steam. I think the locations are super cute. I really like the coffee and pastries. However, there is one barista in particular that is so unwelcoming that it makes me not want to go back here. I don't want to get a partciular person in trouble but I'd encourage Steam to have some training sessions on hopsitality.
