We had a mini family reunion of sorts, and wanted to try something different. Stem did not disappoint! Food was delicious (parmesan truffle fries, crispy chicken lollipops, and fried green tomatoes for appies; chicken bacon ranch and wagyu Rueben sandwiches). Garret, our waiter was AWESOME! Really fun night in a really cool place! Will definitely be back!

Had a bbq peach burger that was likely the best burger I’ve eaten all year. Really good! The dining room was understaffed with only one server available, but she was a true hero and super sweet! Hope they pay that lady well for doing 2 jobs.

Fantastic Cider joint in RiNo! Their outdoor patio is shaded and allows dogs. Hang out with your pet outside whilst sipping some dry cider and play some games. They have a handful of games inside the bar you can enjoy. They offer food too but I've only ordered ciders here.

Really great burgers! The cider aioli was delicious! The blueberry lime cider was wonderful.
Excellent, scratch made food. The bison short rib poutine is amazing! Med rare burger? No problem, and executed perfectly. The black and blue steak was fantastic, and the chargrilled asparagus was text book, perfectly crisp tender.
The cider flights are a no-brainer way to try their delicious ciders, and there was not a single miss of the 8 we tried. Technically 9, since my husband ordered a 16 oz of an additional flavor. Our favorite was the blueberry lime, an unexpected twist on the ubiquitous lemon blueberry pairing, and we took 2 growlettes to go.
Service was excellent, too; friendly and knowledgeable. Overall one of my favorite Denver experiences!

We ate an early dinner, where a folk duo played and sang covers (and perhaps originals). The menu is hybrid, meaning, some content read on paper and parts read by phone QR code. We loved every menu item we ordered, the portions were larger than anticipated. Grateful to sample several liquid offerings as a flight! We have been to the Lafayette location, but we will keep this one in mind for Denver visits!
