The vibe was great as always and the service very good also. Our only gripe was the portion of fried chicken on the chicken sandwich was pretty weak. If it was twice as big it would've been approaching appropriate size. The dryness overshadowed the good taste.
The Christmas pop-up bar was wonderfully decorated - very festive! It was a bit too drafty where we were seated so we asked to move into the restaurant. The host was bordering on rude. I arrived at 6:43 for a 7pm reservation and checked in. He said You're here way early so you can wait out there or over there! So at 7:01 I went back to the host and our table was ready but nobody came to tell us. We did get seated at that point. The server was very good and couldn't help that another table near us that was seated 20 minutes after us were already eating and we had heard nothing about our orders. We were a table of 5 so...
