We came here to celebrate my birthday and had such an amazing experience from start to finish. Although they were running a little behind on our reservation, they offered to seat us at the bar, which we were totally fine with. To our surprise, the manager immediately came over and offered to buy our drinks — such an unexpected and thoughtful gesture that really set the tone for the night.
The food was incredible — truly the best steak I’ve ever had (bone in filet). My daughter chose the lobster linguini. An absolutely incredible dish! Everything was cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious. The bartender ladies were fantastic, kind very attentive. The barback (Joe) was on point, and the service overall was seamless.
The manager was amazing and made us feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated. An asset to the restaurant! It turned my birthday dinner into something really special. We will definitely be back!

Unfortunately my first time here will be the last. Came in with a reservation and our host and waitress were great. But the food and the wait for the food were the main aspects where they lacked in.
We ordered oysters and drinks as appetizers, then the halibut fish and chips, and a filet surf and turf for the main course.
Overall we got the drinks and appetizers in a decently paced fashion. Maybe within the first 30 minutes. But why did our main course take over an hour since we arrived to get to us? Idk. Who waits 30 minutes after appetizers are done to get to the main? Unless we eat extremely slow…
The halibut was severely overcooked. The dough wasn’t coated on the fish properly as well. I barely ate half of a stick before stopping. Halibut is quite a difficult fish to cook, and being that it was a ~$70 dish… that was not acceptable.
The filet came out fine. But they forgot the shrimp, until we pointed it out to our waitress. The kitchen very quickly got our shrimp out, but we could tell it was a rushed job.
TLDR: food came out slow, improperly cooked and incorrect. Service from the waitress and host were great tho. Got compensated for the halibut and a free dessert which made up for it kinda. Left hungry and ate at home instead.

Food is super overpriced, the quality of ingredients is tremendously poor (the wagyu beef isn't actually wagyu, it's straight up a lie, it's normal storebought beef, and their egg rolls are frozen and reheated). Management is also audibly abusive to staff, which ruins the whole vibe. Only reason service isn't 1 star is because the servers are nice. Don't eat here. Also, don't trust most of the reviews, a lot of the positive ones seem doctored.

We went with friends and locals. Our local friends ask the waiter to fix us a meal with a variety of meat fish and sides. Never had I had this experience! It was excellent out of this world great. Wagyu steak. Tomahawk steak, lobster and all the yummy sides. The best meal in Denver.
Great Steak and a Great service. A bit on the pricey side, but to be expected with such high quality food. Good music and quick bar service compliments the food perfectly.

Excellent food and service from Thomas. This restaurant has a club atmosphere, which makes it a lively dining experience. The Black Truffle Butter steak topper was excellent. Wait until you try the complimentary fresh bread. Can’t go wrong here.

STK invited me out to try their Happy Hour menu and we were very impressed with the variety of choices and flavor! The Short Rib Quesadillas stole the show (with honorable mentions for the Waygu Tacos and Meatball) and the Strawberry Cobbler was so sweet & tasty. Our waitress Emily was kind and knowledgeable. 10/10 would eat here again!!

We celebrated the birthday for the love of my life and our serve Anthony treated us so good and was a huge help in choosing some menu options since we were a bit uneducated. Would absolutely make the trip from the Springs again in the future.
