I was happy and sad at the same time. I made it to the last day of the restaurant being open. Thank you for the service and the amazing oysters and watermelon salad. The white wine was not as chilled as I would have liked it, but hey I made it in one last time. Be safe and blessed.
Great place for a business dinner. So sorry they are closing our meals were delicious and the cocktail options so fun and yummy. I would come back but not sure I can get there before they close their doors.
The udon noodles bowl was delicious and I'm bummed you're closing. Thank you for serving great food and being a good neighbor for the past 10 years. I can't wait for what comes next.
This review probably won't matter much because the restaurant is closing in September. We've been here several times and had outstanding experiences, but this time the seafood did not seem fresh. The servers seemed like they didn't care and didn't want to be there. I was disappointed in our last experience here.
I keep wanting to give this place a chance (been 3 times in the past year). Just go to A5 instead and save yourself the subpar food here. This last time (last week), 4 of the 12 oysters were rotten and the lobster roll was inedible for similar reasons. Staff was friendly, good ambience, just not great food. Also, got two Aperol Spritz's. One tasted exactly like it should, the other tasted like it was made with generic Aperol or something? Very strange.

SO GOOD. Stoic and Genuine is incredible. Quiet dining with a modern, warm atmosphere. The service is amazing and the waiters are super (wait for it)..... genuine. If you go, I beg you to have the thai curry mussels. I dislike mussels and they were scrumptious. I was joking the whole time about pouring the broth down my throat like one does cereal milk and putting in an IV to allow the broth to run in my veins. I'm not kidding when I say that I boxed up some bread and the remainder of the broth to enjoy it at home the next day. Additionally, the gratuitous corn bread at the beginning of the meal is fantastic! If you have any doubts about going to Stoic and Genuine, this is your sign to forget about them. Oh, and get the mango panna cotta for dessert.
Pricey for very small amount. Drinks were delicious. Outside dining really nice and comfortable.

This place is not worth the price. There are better options all over. Really bland food. If it was half the price I would still be disappointed.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed in this restaurant. We love their sister restaurant Rioja. The food was good but not great for the hype and the price. Our server was good but the supporting wait staff were borderline rude. Probably won't be back.
Food was bland. Order was wrong and took a long time to be corrected. There is an 8% fee (4% b/c the servers are paid minimum wage plus tips and 3% b/c of passing on Union Station fee) on top of the subtotal, tax and tip. So the 4% additional fee is a charge on top of any tip you would give the servers. The unseasoned food and poor service in top of the additional fees left a really bad taste.

Another great experience here. The touch by front of house to provide complimentary bubbly to me and my guest made me feel really valued and set the tone for the meal in a good way. The food was solid the Halibut collar was superb and the Salmon was so savory and well prepared.
My wife was looking forward to the crabs legs but the second one was unfortunately off. The restaurant handled it pretty well, apologized and comped it but the chef should have picked it up, the item didn't smell good.
A fabulous spot for a business lunch. The salads are delicious - creative flavor combinations and great quality ingredients. Good portion sizes too. A little pricey but for a more formal or special lunch it's worth it.
We were a big group so had a chance to try lots of dishes. Best seasfood in Denver so far. Give a try to thai curry mussels. Calamari was amazing too.

5 star food, drinks, and service. Do not let this amazing place pass by! The Thai Poke bowl from the lunch menu, adding seared salmon and shrimp. Very friendly staff, extremely clean, and good decor. Mermaid culture cocktail is a tropical, fruity, wonderfully comprised complimentary flavors. I am truly amazed at the bold flavors and adequate portions.
