Honestly, the bartenders at Stoney’s need some refresher courses on safe serving. We stopped in to watch football on Sunday and watched as their bartenders continuously served a group of young drunken kids shot after shot. This crescendo’d as one of their group ordered a bottle of champagne and stated spraying it all over the group and the tv at their booth. They were obviously drunk when ordering however the bartender just kept serving. Other patrons nearby were obviously able to tell that the group was beyond the point of serving. It wasn’t until after the champagne pop that the bartender agreed they shouldn’t have served them any more. The bar manager came over and asked them to leave but gave them plenty of time to keel taking swigs of the bottle and didn’t 86 them quickly. They proceeded to head outside and take their open bottle with them and cause a ruckus in the intersection. You need to train your staff. High volume times like football Sunday are no excuse for doing a poor job especially when it comes to safety.

EDIT...the owner reached out and was very humble and apologetic about this situation. He said he had an idea who the employees were and that he has had other complaints. I hope that the owner takes these complaints seriously and takes action. There is no room for racism in our community, city, state, or country and when it happens, it needs to be handled swiftly.
Friday, Oct 3rd, between 4 and 5:30 the amazing staff of a local middle school were harassed by the manager and a server. The school staff is predominantly people of color and these restaurant employees were rude and racist. Here is a group of hard working educators giving this establishment their business and money and instead of being treated with respect, these educators were harassed for mingling and visiting with one another. The place was not busy and this group was not in anyone's way. When one of the male educators tried to talk to the manager they even went and hid. It is disgusting to hear about racism being displayed like this...Completely unacceptable. Please think twice before spending your hard earned money where employees are blatantly racist.

I’ve been to the Stoneys in uptown a few times and it’s been a pleasant experience. Today I was with a group of 10 at this Stoneys, and I volunteered to put my card down to hold the tab. Come the end of the night the server had us all scan a QR code to pay our share, but things that people who left early paid for wasn’t accounted for and they expected us to cover this. I questioned this and mentioned my times at the other Stoneys to which the server says every Stoneys does it this way, but I’ve been to the Stoneys in uptown about 4 times in the last month and never seen this. Later the manager came out and he was very respectful and admitted they had issues with the AWS outage which happened today. I fully understand outages happen, and that’s no harm. However I felt like our server not only lied about the situation but made us feel like idiots on purpose. Overall the manager was nice, but as a newer Stoneys location I hope to see better service in the future.

Staff were all so nice and accommodating- they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Burger was delish as always (they have gluten free buns- just ask). Highly recommend for watching games and some good vibes.

Love a good sports bar. Thursday night football, fantastic. Bar staff tonight was pretty terrible. Seemed to not care about serving guests rather than talking to friends. Seemed annoyed to be asked for another drink when one was empty for minutes. This many bartenders shouldn’t have a problem taking care of the bar top.

Order online. I ordered 10 boneless wings and only got 7. Ordered an extra basket of onion rings and they did not put in my tator tots and I got 6 onion rings. Bad way to keep customers.
