Every Friday, we host Stroman's at The Confluence, and occasionally for exclusive private events. Tim, the owner, is not only incredibly talented but also remarkably personable, creating amazing food that everyone enjoys. Our residents eagerly anticipate the mouthwatering hibachi, made fresh and full of flavor. They know to pre-order their meals, as Tim’s delicious dishes often sell out quickly!
I truly enjoyed my hibachi. I visited from out of town, found out about this spot through social media, & ordered the shrimp&chicken combo online. I was fortunate enough to review their IG page and find the location & times for my visit, otherwise, I would've went to the address on Google and been lost. I am not a fan of the yum yum sauce (0 stars - it didn't pair well with the entree for me) so I scraped it off BUT the teriyaki sauce was chefs kiss!
Food was awesome! SomeOf the best fried rice I’ve had in Denver! Portions are great and quality cuts of meat! I’ll def be back to order again
