This subway is inside the Denver Health hospital. It is impose to park nearby and so very inconvenient unless you are in the hospital. The sandwich was awful. It was however, ready when I finally arrived. I had to go through security to pick up my sandwich.

Want to give a huge shout out to Selene who was working at the Subway at Denver Health the day my daughter was in surgery there. All my kid talked about leading up to her post-op was her meatball sub. When I went down close to 10pm, Selene said they had run out of meatballs because they had sold so many that day. She saw how much I wanted to give my kid the one thing she had been thinking of eating for like 24 hours, and she cooked more meatballs just for us.
Selene was so kind to do this for me, was nothing but kind and thoughtful.
Big thanks to her for everything and for a great experience after a super stressful, tiring day at the hospital.

I accidentally placed an order here and I live over 70 miles away. I can’t even cancel my subway order through the app, and even worse when I call the store their PHONE ISNT WORKING. I’m now out of $15 because the phone isn’t working and I can’t even do a chargeback. I’m sure someone else has my sandwich now.

This place sucks, especially if you’re dealing with the overnight crew. I ordered my food through the SUBWAY® mobile app, everything seems to be fine Intel I went to pick up my food. First off I ordered a foot-long, they tried to give me a 6 inch. I told the lady behind the counter excuse me ma’am, I ordered a foot-long not a 6 inch. She started coughing up an attitude trying to make me feel like I’m the incompetent one. I then pulled out my phone pulled up electronic Receipt and showed it to her. I then double down pulled the main receipt off the subway bag and pointed out that I order a foot-long not a 6 inch. The lady started becoming more and more hostile. As she began making the other half of my sub, I pointed out one last thing Ma’am, if you take a look at the receipt, I ordered a deluxe sub which means I’m supposed to have 50% more meat. As you built the first half of my sub did you incorporate the 50% more meat? She started yelling at me telling me she doesn’t have to make the rest of my sub and she can refuse service. I told her do what you have to do, we wouldn’t be in this boat If you would’ve just took the time and read the order properly the first time. I ended up getting my foot-long but without the deluxe portion of it.
