This is the third location where I order on the app, I have a confirmation, and the payment went through, but the employees have no record of my order and they refuse to make my sandwich. So now I get to spend 30 minutes on the phone with my bank disputing a charge instead of eating lunch. Subway is a joke and I look forward to the day the whole company goes bankrupt. Jimmy John's all the way!!!

Took 20+ minutes after my online order should have been ready to get my food. The food itself was totally fine and the guy behind the counter was working his butt off juggling customers and online orders. They’re just understaffed and whoever was in the back wasn’t stepping in to help out when it was clearly needed.

This is my second time here, and both times the people actually working were phenomenal and courteous. Just know it might be a while to get your food.

If i could give this place 0 stars i would immediately, i just walked into this location on 20th & clarkson and before i could even get a hello the male said he needs a break and that the man who he was making a sandwhich was the last one. I came for my 30min lunch break and i also would like to enjoy my break with some food. Extremely disappointed!

I just walked thru the door at 230 on a Sunday, and before i walked in more than 2 steps, the guy behind the counter yells that he is on break and the only reason he is currently making a sandwich for the one other guy in the store is because that guy ordered online. This store didn't want my business. I live 2 blocks away and I will never set foot in this store again. EVER. WORST SERVICE OF MY 50 YEARS ON EARTH.

Went at 842pm when they close @ 930pm! Got turned away when we walked over there to order our dinner that we was looking forward towards. After reading these reviews, I know we won't ever go back and I know, as working in the fast food business, you just don't treat or shut don't u're doors/the business due to being the only worker in the building. Then saying it's the manager who told you to do so! I will be making phone calls. They only have one person working. Please avoid this place at all costs.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered a steak wrap that gave me severe food poisoning. I had to stay at the hospital for one day, unbelievable.
Must have been the wrap, couldn’t have been anything else. Don’t go there!!!
