Closed when they should be open
They were severely understaffed causing the selection to be very scare and inability for the only employee to handle the rush. This is not due to him but management and corporate doing this to him.
Lady was rude when they said they where making meatball come back in 10 did now all of a sudden no meatballs never will be back

The store seemed to be struggling. The refrigeration where the produce was stored in the preparation line was not working correctly and therefore freezing their veggies. The sandwich artist that helped us had to scrape some olives out of the container and then microwave them just to be able to put them on the sandwich. I would've preferred to have lettuce on my sandwich but it was brown and frozen so I passed. We ordered two combos and when we went to get our fountain drinks, there was only Pepsi zero available. The team member told my partner he could get a bottled soda, which he did, no big deal. I DID choose the Pepsi zero from the fountain and we left the store. The sandwiches tasted like they should, but when I took a drink of my soda I could taste the mold in my drink. I've worked in food service for a couple decades and it was obvious that they weren't pulling apart their soda fountain every night to scrub and soak the spouts that the soda is dispensed through. These machine parts need to be pulled, cleaned and sanitized daily or black slimy mold will happen very quickly. I ended up throwing away my entire drink immediately, which was pretty disappointing. The sandwich artist who helped us was efficient but less than friendly, I imagine that he himself was likely frustrated with the current state of the store and trying to keep customers as happy as possible. The lack of options for fountain sodas could have simply been an ordering/inventory issue, yet only having one option without being told ahead of time when our cups were handed to us was a bit of an oversight. The soda machine not being pulled apart and cleaned daily is the real issue here, people can get really sick from this and it's a really easy thing to prevent.
Otherwise, the store was clean, the chips were organized and all else seemed to be okay. This store needs to tighten the screws and address some issues. If things like the sanitation of the soda machine is being missed, I'd hate to see what kind of filth and critters could be elsewhere throughout the store. It also makes me concerned about proper food storage etc. Hopefully someone in management will see this review and take care of these things promptly.

I come in here at 5:45 on Sept 15th and the one and only Mexican chic in there is on the phone with a friend speaking in Spanish and throws up a hand signal like “don’t speak to me while I’m having my phone conversation on the clock” and then proceeds to keep talking to her friend. A while later she casually strolls over and throws her nasty dirty phone down on the food prep surface, doesn’t wash her hands. Asks what I want while she PROCEEDS to have her conversation on the phone. I had a Quick look at the food line which was a disaster every container was 1/8 full and wilted and there was a dirty knife on the cutting board smothered in rotting tuna salad. I turned around and left at that point. Do your job honey and spend less time getting paid to talk on the phone and be rude to customers.

They didn't have what I ordered but decided to try and substitute ingredients instead if just cancelling the order..
So many missing items... no roast beef, no bacon, no lettuce, not a single bag of chips. Why did I buy an $11 sub with half of the ingredients missing? The place was empty. Why are you even open?

Worst Subway I’ve ever been to hands down. Place is always understaffed, 30+ minute wait, missing half the menu items, drink machine is usually out of order and they’re always out of drinks and chips. Never going back to this hole again, avoid at all costs.

Malcolm was so cool! He made me a delicious surprise sandwich with a smile. He was was the only one working the counter, and he was calm and helpful. Nice demeanor.

Took 10 minutes to get my sandwich and I was the only one there
Would give negative stars if I could. Very ghetto location and it took the guy 23 minutes to make my sandwich and cheese roll up thing. Mind you I’m the only person here but he seemed to be moving in slow motion on purpose
Worst subway ever placed order thru grub hub and didnt get my cookies and payed extra for smashes avocado didnt get it and when food was delivered the flat bread was hard will never deal with this subway again nasty food
I usually never rate or wright reviews but the three times I’ve gone here they are never prepared & always low on everything.
I come in here once in a while and this time I decided to order three footlongs with a bunch of weird requests (cheese on the side for my dog, etc) and sandwich artist Malcolm hooked everything up just right and was patient and accommodated all of my weird asks. I, and my dog, appreciate it. Place was super clean. Thank you!
