Super clean, fresh and well made! The manager kicks butt
The worker here was awesome. Kind, upbeat, and made my day better. Unfortunately, DON’T TIP THROUGH THE SYSTEM. THE OWNER KEEPS 100% OF IT. Bring cash if you want to tip the person who actually helped you. Super disappointing and high key evil.

I went with my gf to this location. She asked for a normal sandwich just with the mayo on the side. He laughed at her and called her “princess”, then I asked for a sandwich and he scoffed and said I can’t have one, then asked for bacon and made a face. At this point I asked him what his problem was and explained his actions to him since he seemed to forget. Got mad and said I could leave and refused service. I asked “so you’re refusing service because you got an attitude about doing your job” and did exactly that. This was around 6:30pm 06/02. This is the first time I’ve had this much aggression from an employee.
Every time I come in here, it’s something wrong. Either the cashier is leaving with some guy for a few minutes. Or like today I was told the systems are down. Nothing on the door. The open sign is lighted. They let you open the door and then let you know. The food is okay. But, there’s a Jimmy John’s across the street. Go there instead.
If I could give a 0 star I would this is the worst subway ever don't come to this store they have like a homeless camp out back where all the homeless hangout trash everywhere druggies, and the bathrooms are used for drugs, DON'T WORK HERE EITHER, they can't pay there employees on time I worked there 3 months ago haven't gotten my check and nobody knows when the checks come, the food is good but they don't know how to fix stuff so there warmer is broken and take so much time to warm the subs... This store should be shut down
Really Hard bread both sandwiches.
Ordered online. Long line in the store meant they never made my sandwich even though app said it was ready after waiting for 30 mins. Then told me they couldn't make it until there were no more customers in line. I asked them to cancel and they said they would, but never did. So I paid for a sandwich I never got. Filed a complaint online and still never heard back.

Was the worst sandwich I’ve had in a long time. The service was terrible. I specified not having certain things on the sandwich and she still put it on there… I asked for my refund and they refused me my refund. I will never be going back to the subway ever again.

It’s of colfax so it’s interesting but the food is great

Put in a mobile order, and show up and only one person is running the entire place. I felt incredibly bad for this person, she did keep a smile on her face, was super friendly and still managed to keep what she could stocked and clean. It isn’t safe to have only one person working in the entire building.

It's 8 pm on a Thursday, why are you closed?
I waited in line and watched while the sandwich artist touched hands with a customer while in the gloves, and checked out another customer on the cash register without changing gloves, handling the money, and then without changing gloves, coming back to offer to make me a sandwich. I declined. This restaurant needs serious training.
