Ordered online. Long line in the store meant they never made my sandwich even though app said it was ready after waiting for 30 mins. Then told me they couldn't make it until there were no more customers in line. I asked them to cancel and they said they would, but never did. So I paid for a sandwich I never got. Filed a complaint online and still never heard back.
Management here is garbage.

Was the worst sandwich I’ve had in a long time. The service was terrible. I specified not having certain things on the sandwich and she still put it on there… I asked for my refund and they refused me my refund. I will never be going back to the subway ever again.

Put in a mobile order, and show up and only one person is running the entire place. I felt incredibly bad for this person, she did keep a smile on her face, was super friendly and still managed to keep what she could stocked and clean. It isn’t safe to have only one person working in the entire building.

I waited in line and watched while the sandwich artist touched hands with a customer while in the gloves, and checked out another customer on the cash register without changing gloves, handling the money, and then without changing gloves, coming back to offer to make me a sandwich. I declined. This restaurant needs serious training.

I got here at 820 pm. The sign on the door reads that the business is open until 930 pm. The open sign is on but the doors are locked and no one will answer the door or phone despite the fact that I can see humans in the back walking past the door. At some point an employee finally emerged from the back, turned off the light, and flipped me off when I pointed out the difference in posted hours versus the actual time. Real classy joint ya'll have here. No concept of living up to their own business hours and obviously in the practice of hiring incompetent and flat out rude people.

This place is probably the worst subway I’ve ever been to! The worker was on drugs and took probably a good 15 minutes to make my sandwich. Not only that outside the front doors had a bunch of crack heads doing meth walking in and out of the building. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND COMING HERE IF YOUR A WOMAN BY YOURSELF!

Lady looked tired but she was nice to me. My sandwich was delicious and the new chipotle chips are good. There was no people eating there since it was a holiday. Also got 3 cookies very delicious and soft.
