I never even got the chance to eat here, but they took my money anyways by allowing an online order multiple hours before closing time and then arrived to a closed restaurant way before the posted closing time. THERE WAS NO REFUND. I escalated with customer support and recieved no response except that my issue had been resolved. Still NO REFUND, no acknowledgement, and they closed my ticket. This restaurant quite literally is stealing money and managed in criminal/fraudulent fashion.

Ordered from here 90 minutes before posted closing time (online and front door). Used the Subway app for a pickup order, and when I arrived 1 hour before closing time the lights were out and doors locked.
Sent in a request to customer support and over a week later received a blank email saying nothing other than that the issue had been resolved.
I never received a refund or my order.

I ordered through the app and sandwich with chicken in it, arrived home and noticed there was beef instead of chicken. I went back to the restaurant and told the cashier, he told me they were out of chicken and got defensive when I said they should ask people when they want to substitute food. On top of that, the sandwich I finally got was really not good, the worst I’ve had from a Subway. Avoid this location.

Druggies outside/openly doing drugs in the alley. Employee on a video chat, and doesn’t even know how to make the sandwiches listed on the menu.
The kicker? Bugs in the drink cup. Immediately asked for a refund, told him I couldn’t eat there, as I can’t trust the standards. Employee got his manager on the phone. Manager snapped at me for asking for a refund, refused, and stated she doesn’t have the authority to do so. $19.67 and walked out empty handed. Quite the experience.

The worker here was awesome. Kind, upbeat, and made my day better. Unfortunately, DON’T TIP THROUGH THE SYSTEM. THE OWNER KEEPS 100% OF IT. Bring cash if you want to tip the person who actually helped you. Super disappointing and high key evil.

I went with my gf to this location. She asked for a normal sandwich just with the mayo on the side. He laughed at her and called her “princess”, then I asked for a sandwich and he scoffed and said I can’t have one, then asked for bacon and made a face. At this point I asked him what his problem was and explained his actions to him since he seemed to forget. Got mad and said I could leave and refused service. I asked “so you’re refusing service because you got an attitude about doing your job” and did exactly that. This was around 6:30pm 06/02. This is the first time I’ve had this much aggression from an employee.

Every time I come in here, it’s something wrong. Either the cashier is leaving with some guy for a few minutes. Or like today I was told the systems are down. Nothing on the door. The open sign is lighted. They let you open the door and then let you know. The food is okay. But, there’s a Jimmy John’s across the street. Go there instead.

If I could give a 0 star I would this is the worst subway ever don't come to this store they have like a homeless camp out back where all the homeless hangout trash everywhere druggies, and the bathrooms are used for drugs, DON'T WORK HERE EITHER, they can't pay there employees on time I worked there 3 months ago haven't gotten my check and nobody knows when the checks come, the food is good but they don't know how to fix stuff so there warmer is broken and take so much time to warm the subs... This store should be shut down
