It's a subway.. But very nice people, clean, and fresh bread..

I placed a delivery order through the app, and it was delivered well using door dash. But once I got my food I felt the sandwiches and they were very small. I opened mines and it was only turkey, and lettuce and ranch. I had multiple other toppings that I added when I ordered that weren’t there. When I called the store to see what happened the lady I talked to had an attitude. The top order is what I put in and the picture of the sandwich is what I got. Very disappointed, may need new management or employees if they are messing up simple orders.

Under previous 2 managers we had an easy experience. New manager is rude and hard to work with. It's ok to follow rules but not ok to be condescending and combative with customers. Very disappointed, placed large orders here for the last couple years and the new manager has lost our business.

Took my kids there for dinner and jasmine was very patient with my kiddos as they didn’t know what they wanted she was very helpful and polite with them and helped them make a choice they were very happy with. Jasmine is a keeper

Placed my order online and came in past the time it estimated my order would be ready by and the lady working continued to wash dishes in the back for 15mins. A customer came in that did not order online and she made his food right away and he was in and out in 3 mins and then she went back to cleaning up for her shift instead of preparing my order, even though I've been sitting in the restaurant the whole time and I told her I was here for an online order when I came threw the door. THEN she tells

Sometimes the veggies are not fresh.
One time, my partner ordered her sandwich and was judged. She felt uncomfortable and ordered not her typical sandwich.
We don't come to Subway to get judged on our sandwiches... We come because we customize it to our liking regardless of sauces or condiments we choose to put on it.
