The kid who was making the food was outside smoking when I can’t up to the restaurant. I had to ask him to wash his hands before making my food as he want going too. Then went outside to continue smoking right after I left.,, not sanitary

The woman working today June 25, 2025 was beyond rude. She has the worst attitude and the worst customer service. I hope the franchise owners see this and get rid of her as her attitude is costing them money, I eat there regularly & have never been treated so poorly by any of the other employees in the past. Two thumbs down for the rude , seedy woman who is currently working there!

This subway was struggling. There was only one poor girl making sandwiches and the food wasn't very fresh. Not the worst, not the best either.

My friend and I went to this location a couple weeks ago. I tried the outlaw sandwich on the herbs and cheese bread, then we also tried the nachos with steak on it. It was really good, and the service was great. The food tasted really fresh and it’s much better than the 16th St. mall location, although that one is OK But it can just be a little too crowded. Services at that one is good though.

Never doing food from here again I ordered on line And when I got my food. A lot of the stuff that I put on it on the app was not on it. How I ordered it All they have to do is read What's on The Order. How freaking hard is that? And when I called to let them know. Sorry there's nothing we can do I was told

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience, and I will never be coming back here.

I ordered online when I was on the way to the store, and when I got to the store I waited at the back of the restaurant for them to finish making my order. The worker was cursing and being incredibly rude towards the person who ordered the sandwich, likely because he didn't realize that the sandwich was for me and that I was standing right in front of him.

If your employees are going to talk trash about their customers, they should probably make sure they aren't doing so while the customer is standing right in front of them.

I reached out to corporate and requested to speak to someone from their customer service team, but I never heard back.

Don't spend your money here.
