The owner just doesn't care about this location. Everytime I've been in, 1 person is working while there is a line 10 people deep. People get tired of waiting and walk out. If the owner / manager just properly staffed this place would be printing money. Oh well, guess they like losing business.

did an online order trying to get a meal quickly and when I arrived, I saw the receipt on the counter but the guy just kept making everybody else sandwiches in line. 45 minutes later and I went up and asked where our sandwiches are and he said oh, I just got the order for them even though I knew he had it the whole time. Ridiculous. Not going back

Horrible Management, poor customer experience.Placed a carry out footlong with specific/ customized toppings and they messed up everything. They don’t go through order instructions properly.

Horrible customer service skills, Zane, lady with short hair didn't cook our bacon or steak. Didn't cut our sandwiches. She was extremely rude. My mom and I sat down to eat and she said we better not make a mess. We will never come back here.

Aaron was my sandwich maker, and he was ligit. He was the only employee working and was swamped. I was there right at the lunch rush. Phone ringing, people waiting in line, he never lost his cool. He simply did his best and maintained composure when others would have lost it. Shout out to him and his work ethic. Props my friend
