Went here twice now and both times have had to ask the employees running the registers to change their gloves before handling the next sandwich. Today I was told that he didn't change them because they were short handed. I'm sorry but since when does being short-handed give someone an excuse to put a person's health at risk? I thought it was common sense not to be touching food with the same gloves you just touched a bunch of money with. I'm done going here. I can't imagine what they are doing when the customer ISN'T paying attention.

On May 31st, 2019 we as a company submitted an online lunch order for a co-worker birthday lunch. Unfortunately, the order was completely wrong and disgusting prompting us to contact the manager. After several calls and emails, we have still failed to receive any credit or even acknowledgement of a $100 order that almost every sandwich was made wrong on and we also didn't receive an entire meal that was ordered nor have we ever been credited for it! Mistakes happen but customer service is where you redeem yourself and they have failed! We will not recommend OR order again just based on being ignored!

One of the cooler Subways I've been too. They had good music and a good very be going. Even all the government employees enjoyed the crew of people here. The turkey bacon wrap I had was pretty darn good too.

I have been a customer at this Subway for more than 8 years and usually get the same breakfast sandwich and pay the same price. There has been some turnover but the quality and pricing seems to be consistent. Until this morning when I went to get the usual breakfast sandwich and was charged more, when I disputed the charge and explained that even the new manager charged me the same the lady yelled at me stating "There is no new manager and I'm the district manager!" I asked who the new guy was and her reply was "he's just some guy!" Needless to say I informed her she just lost a customer for several reasons 1. because she charged me $.80 more for a sandwich I had paying the same price for for many years and 2. I didn't order a side of attitude with my sandwich! I would expect the 'district manager' to be more customer service oriented understanding that she had the authority to charge me what everyone else had charged in the past and think better than to overcharge for that very thin slice of bacon! There are too many Subway's in the area and other places to go than to put up with such attitude.
they have a bad character! and the american version of la india maria with two brades seems racest, by the way she treated costumers by the way they looked. and the white guy that works here just works here perhaps because he doesnt have another option.

These guys are kind of obnoxious. I ordered the $5 footlong italian and they made me a spicy italian by mistake. Instead of giving it to me for $5 they insisted they would have to go and remake the sandwich -- ?? While I was there a man came in to use the restroom and they said "Not unless you buy a sandwich".

This Subway is inside the Wellington Webb Building on Colfax (across from the Civic Center). It was closed for months and only recently reopened. It is great to have it in the building since there are not a lot of places to walk to in the immediate area of the Webb building. They have a lot of staff, the lines move pretty fast and for the most part the ingredients are fresh. It is a subway so it never excites me that much. However, they do have a lot of cheap lunch options (for $4 & $5). Great if you are in the building and need a bite. It is right next to the Russell's on the ground floor.
