I have had several disappointing experiences at this location. Employees have been inappropriately disrespectful and the food has not been fresh (dry bread, barely any toppings). I got a spicy Italian and the sub was missing all of the meats, cheese, and only had a few pieces of veggies, and soaked in vinegar.

Located in gas station. Ordered #19 and rotisserie chix sand. Both footloose. Wouldn't honor the buy one get one for ordering the #19. Interesting. Then after asking anything I didn't want and replying no honey must. Sub parm vinaigrette. She passed the sandwich off to the dude that proceeded to put both sauces on. He then went to grab a paper towel and wipe off my sandwich. I almost died at that point when I had to ask him that this doesn't work and to please replace the sandwich. No apologies for the screw up. Food came out okay overall. Just a quick stop for gas and on the way to work, but won't be back in the future.

Closes at 5pm with employees just standing behind the counter as if they were open.

Ended up being a bit expensive for what we got but it was what we needed at that moment. The counter was clean, the service was good, and we all got fed so it was a win.Dietary restrictions: There are gluten-free options (bowls, salads) but they are more expensive than the sandwiches.

The ladies working here, they know how to use the hands, very good sandwich. They speak English and Spanish.

This place never adds bacon on orders that are supposed to have it on them to begin with. I mean wth?

Just got a sandwich here and they charged me $10 for a 6 inch , the bread is dry and breaks if you touch it . The guy with the Edgar haircut very unprofessional and sloppy . Do not come here . I've never had a bad experience here until today . The bread however is always terrible and dry and I dont get it if its fresh . Won't be back.

Our sandwiches were absolutely disgusting. The ladies didnt wash their hands at all. I seen them touch may objects and helped numerous people without a hand wash. Not to mention the ladies wouldn't take my coupon. All the ingredients I ordered were not on the sandwiches and other stuff was added that I didn't order. They were put together sloopy the actual store is over all DIRTY...

I stopped in at 4pm on Sunday, and it smelled nice and fresh inside, and everything appeared to be very clean. Ingredients looked crisp and the gentleman who helped me, Moises, was surprisingly polite and helped me decide what to get. His recommendation was superb and I really enjoyed my meal. Thank you, for your excellent service! I definitely recommend!
