Not at all happy with the staff. I went there on a Monday at lunch time. I walked in and waited a good minute before a man came out from the back. He was very rude and didn't even say anything to me. He then proceeded to prep a bunch of dough for the oven, then took my order 5 minutes later. In the middle of my order another customer walked in and the employee stopped making my sandwich and went over to help out the other customer. I wasn't able to purchase my sandwhich until his order was done as well. The employee was very rude and very inconsiderate, all in all I was there for 25 minutes when it could have been a 3 minute ordeal. He has a ponytail and a dollar sign tattoo on his neck. Don't even bother going to this subway, stick with Jimmy Johns.

Was not happy with the attitude the woman gave me while making my sandwhich. my sandwhich and her job is not hard I asked for everything besides spinach and tomatoes and had to proceed to ask for all the veggies I wanted. Got home and she cut my sandwhich so bad I pretty much had a taco???

Short woman with glasses was very bland and had no customer service skills. Sandwich also tasted funny. Gave dirty looks because we brought our own drinks in.

We walked out of the restaurant. Could already tell the service would be poor. No one greeted us at the door though two servers saw us standing at the door but continued walk away without acknowledging us or saying they would seat us. A bar tender tried to get the host attention but it was already too late, we had waited 5 mins before a meager attempt by a frustrated bartender.

Table of 4 ordered steak mixed up all the orders after telling us that the salad we ordered could not be done because all the lettuce was brown . Took the food back 4 times and had all the temp of steaks mixed up with the wrong temp picks in each one put broccoli on all plates as well as shrimp which only two people ordered all the food was cold and undercooked ..and the staff had no idea what we ordered it was a slow Monday with 4 other tables in the whole bar. Bathroom reeked like a porta potty as well and there was no toilet paper.
We arrived and were warmly greeted by our server Justice. He mentioned two of the kitchen staff didn't show for work tonight. We gave him our orders and it took 30 minutes for them to arrive. No condiments on our burgers. We asked for mayo and ranch dressing. He brought it 15 minutes later. Service was too low. I feel they didn't want to do the jobs of the missing employees.

This place is trashed!!!! There's dirty napkins, papers and all sorts of other garbage all over the floor and tables. It's absolutely disgusting. The bathroom was just as disgusting. No toilet paper, stuff on the floors and urine all over the seats. I ignored the fact that we didn't get greeted upon entry and waited for a while to any acknowledged us. The menus were so damaged and half of it missing from the folders. I DO NOT recommend! If I could give negative stars I would!

SLOW, lazy and unprofessional. I saw more employees socializing than actually doing their jobs. My order came out wrong not once. But twice. A complete waste of time. The food was subpar at BEST. There are plenty of decent options in Northfield. Go somewhere that is worth you time and money.
