Went in there tonight August 21st 2025 and tried to order the meal of the day and the guy working there spoke absolutely no English did not understand that I wanted the 6-inch not the footlong did not understand what bread I wanted what cheese I wanted I was trying to point at the vegetables that I wanted on my sandwich so that he would understand and they still didn't understand was trying to put pickles instead of black olives I finally gave up and left it is the worst subway did I have ever been to I would say it's probably the worst on the entire planet how do you hire someone at a Subway restaurant that speaks absolutely no English whatsoever this is the second time I've been there and both times she only had one person working there the first time the person barely spoke English but enough to kind of get my sandwich right but tonight was just utterly ridiculous this is America they should be able to speak some English enough to communicate someone with the customer about the food the customer is ordering so unless you speak fluent Spanish do not go to this subway restaurant

Had a mobile order tonight, Thurs 7 Aug. BBQ chicken. He gave me tuna which is fish which is disgusting. There's no excuse for messing up a mobile order because everything is printed out. And really, putting BBQ sauce on tuna?

Do not go here. They have a Spanish man who can't speak English. Dosent know what a meatball sandwich was. And he was by himself. Who in heck hired this guy? I walked out the door.

This place is pathetic, I was always a customer, but this time, I didn't see Mary again, she was a very respectful and kind person, but now there are disrespectful and bitter people, the guy who has worked there for a long time is arrogant, I don't even know why he's still there, when Mari worked he always focused on his cell phone without helping his coworker, and now I go to this place and see other people who don't understand me and give me the wrong order, it's pathetic and the vegetables were wilted, they should close this place down or hire people who really love their jobs.

They Got the my order heavily wrong waited 1+ hour to get them changed workers being disrespectful I would never recommend anyone come here this place needs to be shut down and workers to never step foot in the fast food chain industry ever again

So today I came in to Subway to buy a sandwich and online they have a 699 sandwich that you can buy I'm having trouble with my app ask the guy working if he would be able to honor the deal he said no but right before that he gives a girl in line a free sandwich I'm trying to pay for my order this dudes customer service is horrible

Not likely to go back. No meatballs for meatball sub, person working spoke little to no English and I'm tri-lingual. Early evening on weekday and ingredients were subpar. I was mostly disapointed by the 32$ I spent for 2 footlongs we didn't even eat
Took 15 minutes to make one wrap while one person. Was ahead of me. The manager also made her stop working so he could take money from the register and pocket it for plans he had for the evening, it sounded like, as he was in a personal phone call the whole time. The soda machine also was not working properly, and the soda i got I had to just dump out because it tasted bitter and like chemicals. Overall very poor place.
