So today I came in to Subway to buy a sandwich and online they have a 699 sandwich that you can buy I'm having trouble with my app ask the guy working if he would be able to honor the deal he said no but right before that he gives a girl in line a free sandwich I'm trying to pay for my order this dudes customer service is horrible

Not likely to go back. No meatballs for meatball sub, person working spoke little to no English and I'm tri-lingual. Early evening on weekday and ingredients were subpar. I was mostly disapointed by the 32$ I spent for 2 footlongs we didn't even eat

Took 15 minutes to make one wrap while one person. Was ahead of me. The manager also made her stop working so he could take money from the register and pocket it for plans he had for the evening, it sounded like, as he was in a personal phone call the whole time. The soda machine also was not working properly, and the soda i got I had to just dump out because it tasted bitter and like chemicals. Overall very poor place.

All of my family food was smashed. The lady didn’t even asked me if I wanted cheese on my sandwich and she put it on and I can’t have cheese. This location needs help

The energy in this place from the lady manager was horrible I'm glad she did not touch my food or I would have refused it. The lady spoke to others so rude I will never return. I really hope and I know this subway location will be shut down. I will never spend my money on Colfax and Quebec again. The service is unprofessional and dark. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on rude and disrespectful people let them lose their jobs from us passing this location by.
If I could give less than one star I would. Since the person who works preparing is a Mexican woman and she treated me like the worst, if I do anything to her, I wait and they see it, it doesn't make me go to any Subway store anymore with such terrible services.

Just got yelled at and refused service simply for walking into this location while I was on my phone. I stopped my call to tell the owner I would order a sandwich in a minute, and she yelled at me again and told me to leave. I love subway and this is by far the absolute worst experience and rudest staff I’ve ever encountered
