Ordered online tonight which I’m usually super nervous to do with Subway because most of the time you don’t know how your sub is going to actually look 😂 (I find that it usually reflects how the sandwich maker feels that day 😂) HOWEVER I was very pleasantly surprised this time! I made it to the store in 10 minutes and my sandwich was already made, perfectly. The pretty girl working was nice and the store was very clean. Will definitely be back!

It’s hit or miss on the food I get from here but I came in and placed an online order for the 2 foot long deal and the female made the sandwiches so good just wanted to give a shout out to her but don’t know her name so please pass along the compliment!!

I forgot my lunch yesterday so I went to the subway down the street, there was a young lady working the counter she was very friendly and professional, what I like it Is anytime I see a young person out there working and getting themself in the workforce. I left the tip and I wish I knew her name because I would give her a good review for her service. But the food was good and I enjoyed the experience .

Ordered through subway app. Was informed by employee they had no bread and it would be 3 hours before they had more and they were canceling the order. It has been almost a month now and no one answers the phone and subway itself was no help whatsoever. I just want a refund for the purchase because I didn’t receive my food.

The girl behind the counter was extremely slow, the store has no product (no olives, no rotisserie chicken, no provolone etc). I don't know who manages this store but they need to be fired.

Doordash order was cancelled because they ran out of bread? Not sure how a sandwich shop runs out of bread halfway through their day, but sounds like poor planning and management.
Placed a pick up order for a toasted sandwich. They had it sitting in the back instead of up front. I let the girl finish with the man paying and stood behind. As she moved to help the lady already there I asked if that was my sandwich ready in the back. She says hold on then finishes making the lady's sandwich and charges her, grabs my now cold toasted sandwich and tries to give it to me. I told her I wanted it remade because it was sitting there getting cold for 10 minutes and that was why I asked to begin with. She was notably annoyed and rude, saying I would have to wait since she had another mobile order (obviously placed after mine). Why would anyone place a mobile order for it to be ready and not be able to grab it quickly? Anne helped remake my sandwich after the rude employee called her from the back and was much kinder. They need a better set up for mobile orders.
Best part is a man walked in behind me as I was asking to get my sandwich remade and heard the employee tell me that I would have to wait for another mobile order she was working on and immediately walked out with his son. Poor customer service is losing them business.
If there is a line leave. You won't make it back to work in time. This is the slowest Subway ive visited. She asked me three times what bread with out listening and proceeded to touch the computer with gloves and then returned to making sandwichs. Dirty tables, stale bread no chips stocked. Very poorly run.

Ordered it online. Sandwich must be toasted and with cheese in result but it wasn’t. And l always order a regular Pepsi but they put Pepsi Zero to my order
Look, the food isnt that hard to make. Ive ordered the same sandwich for 15 years. And this location is the worst by far. The people are rude, unprofessional and unprideful in their work. I understand being frustrated by customers and their ridiculous requests but, its not that big of a deal, take your frustrations out at a rage room or at home. Not at your work or on customers orders.

The manager doesn't help make sandwhiches during the lunch rush.. poor girl is left to make sandwiches for a line of customers while the manager stands at the register. You coulda sold twice as many sandwhiches!

The red headed manager there has the worst attitude and is so rude she has 0 customer care service I paid for food on the app and showed her all my receipts and she still refused me my food honestly she needs to be replaced and fired
You have an old lady with her mouth open the whole time doing nothing while the young lady is carrying the whole team. You need better workers who are not standing around while you're whole line behind
