Bad customer service. Don't announce side kicks when you guys don't even serve on the weekends. Couldn't try them very sad. Gentlemen said lobby closes at 6pm on a Saturday due to people making messes and not cleaning after themselves. It's a very slow restaurant and for your employees to give the worst service is not good for buisness. I will start going to jersey Mike's. Thank you subway for the worst service

Shady location. Numerous times this location has pulled a fast one on me. First it was charging me for a meal when I told him sandwich only. Second I put in an online order and they charged me for footloose and gave me 6 inches. Tried calling a dozen times but no one ever answers. The staff look like ex-felons.Parking: Parking is Mad house around lunch good luck

I had did an online order and they got my order completely wrong!!!! This is not only the first time its each and every time I come here ! The last time I came in the girl was VERY rude!! I really wish there was another Subway around my work area!! This place is the worst!!!

The sub was thrown together with all the cheese on one side, they completely forgot the sauce and my buddy got his toasted but all the cheese was stuck to the paper. I stopped by for lunch. Such rude customer service by the two employees behind the counter while another guy was somewhere behind the kitchen. No greeting coming in the door, in fact I wasn’t even acknowledged at all. The female was sitting on the counter while on her phone, whoever the guy with the green eyes and curly hair was acted like he wanted to actually fight after I asked if they were open, or closed. Rude attitude from the staff. Management needs to know what’s going on and take action.

Whoever was working there today morning/afternoon shift obviously doesn’t know how to read an online order got my whole order wrong. So either need better trainers or someone that can get an order right for people who have no time to stand in line and supervise someone do their job.

Don't underestimate this Subway. I'm a regular and the sandwiches are always great. I recommend ordering on the mobile app and using coupon codes.. Regularly get half off foot longs here. Props to the great employees here.
